Thank you very much for letting us know about this!
The game team is working on the issue and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we want to avoid more Simmers running into this situation. For this reason, we have just released an update for the game that will disable the option to delete Izzy's Creations until we can make sure deleting these items won't cause any problems.
While the team is focused on that, we are going to try to help you get back to your game.
If your Sims' bank accounts are overflowing or your game crashes when using Izzy features, please, get in contact with one of our advisers so they can take a look to your account and try to solve the issue for you.

Same with me. EA Help have forwarded to “specialist team “ and Case shows in progress still so I guess we just wait to hear until they’ve found the problem and figured out a fix for it or way to resolve issues Feeling a bit disappointed and disolutioned about it all now but guess there’ll be doing best to sort out and it would be nice to have an update on how this is going over next 24hours. I didn’t see an update come through for game in last 48 hours and have rechecked and nothing showing in ap updates and my devices and connections are all working fine... perhaps we were taken out of loop for this upate to remove Izzy sales but if anyone else has had update please post as nothing come to my iPod or iPad to update game since the one at beginning of may......

@KaitlynGraceArt, if your case was already sent to the specialist team, then no, no need to more messages because we already know you are having this issue and need help. Please, give them more time to get back to you, and thanks for asking!
@SaphireandSteel, no need to download an update from App Store or Google Play this time - it's a different kind of update. An easy way to check if your game is updated is opening Izzy's Creations menu in Create a Sim and see if you don't have the button to delete Izzy items.

If your game is instead crashing when using/deleting Izzy creations, there's no need for you to contact support as our advisers won't be able to help with this. As mentioned here: the game team also knows about the crashes. While they look into that, you should be able to keep playing as usual if you reopen the game.
