I sold an Izzy's Creation & my game generated lots of currency of every [ Edited ]

The game team is working on the issue and hope to resolve it as soon as possible.

In the meantime, we want to avoid more Simmers running into this situation. For this reason, we have just released an update for the game that will disable the option to delete Izzy's Creations until we can make sure deleting these items won't cause any problems.

While the team is focused on that, we are going to try to help you get back to your game.

If your Sims' bank accounts are overflowing or your game crashes when using Izzy features, please, get in contact with one of our advisers so they can take a look to your account and try to solve the issue for you.

I already have a case open with an advisor for this, I got a message saying it was sent to a specialist team and they'd message me when they know more.
Should I message again or would I already be on the list of accounts that need to be fixed?

Same with me. EA Help have forwarded to “specialist team “ and Case shows in progress still so I guess we just wait to hear until they’ve found the problem and figured out a fix for it or way to resolve issues Feeling a bit disappointed and disolutioned about it all now but guess there’ll be doing best to sort out and it would be nice to have an update on how this is going over next 24hours. I didn’t see an update come through for game in last 48  hours and have rechecked and nothing showing in ap updates and my devices and connections are all working fine... perhaps we were taken out of loop for this upate to remove Izzy sales but if anyone else has had update please post as nothing come to my iPod or iPad to update game since the one at beginning of may......

its been 10 days.. i miss my sim.. please fix it ASAP

I still haven't heard anything from the specialists. It's just not worth playing until after its fixed either.
If they could quick fix and set my game to the day before it happened I'd be happy with that at this point TBH.

@KaitlynGraceArt, if your case was already sent to the specialist team, then no, no need to more messages because we already know you are having this issue and need help. Please, give them more time to get back to you, and thanks for asking!

@SaphireandSteel, no need to download an update from App Store or Google Play this time - it's a different kind of update. An easy way to check if your game is updated is opening Izzy's Creations menu in Create a Sim and see if you don't have the button to delete Izzy items.

If your game is instead crashing when using/deleting Izzy creations, there's no need for you to contact support as our advisers won't be able to help with this. As mentioned here: the game team also knows about the crashes. While they look into that, you should be able to keep playing as usual if you reopen the game.

This is ridiculous why you disable the option to delete Izzy's Creations, that isnt the reason because other players said that this thing happens to their games becaus other cash operations not only delete Izzys creations. Also this problems happens to android device so the players with iphone are involving in this foor nothing Its really frustrating cant get any more creations because i have cull full.
Me and a lot of players decide do no enter on the game until we have the delete option again

I have an iPhone 7 Plus, and I have the bug.
It happens to Android and to iPhone too.

You’re angry because you can’t delete Izzy staff...but you can play the game.
