I really want to make speed build by myself but I don't know how I do that. on the internet, you can read that they use windows movie maker but you can not download this anymore, what for application do I use now?

Windows Movie Maker, part of Windows Essentials 2012, is no longer available for download. Websites that offer free downloads of Movie Maker are not offering the real thing, and those downloads may contain malware, viruses, or hidden costs.
Instead, try making movies with the Photos app that comes with Windows 10. The latest version of the Photos app includes the ability to create and edit videos with music, text, motion, filters, and 3D effects. Visit Microsoft Store for more video creation and editing apps.
After downloading (anything), and before installing, just check it first with your Virus scanner (right click the setup) and run a scan. Additionally you can also use a free program like MalwareBytes to ran scans (also right click the map, setup, etc, to ran scans). Scroll down. It's free. After the trail some features will not work anymore but you can still use it. For example, you have to set scans manually.
