Thank you @rosemow :) I just had to see what came with the new Party Essential Kit and I like everything but do wish there was 1 Bar stool to match the bar but we do have a lot to chose from and I was trying not to use other packs for this 1st room using these items. Thanks very much @coolsim9999999 :) I dont know why but I have been waking up at 5am for a few mornings so my eyes feel a bit sore, so I hope I get a few longer nights to make up for them. Thanks it turned out better than I expected for a Llama shaped shell :D

Thank you @rosemow for saying the outdoor areas look great :) I am pleased. I will add some more flowers by the cars and I might see what sand looks like in the kids play area on the back right from your view, so kids can play in the sand. There is a swing set you can just see and Llama game. I will be checking each room…

A last Update on my Villa I did change most of the floors and did a lot of furnishing inside and out so its nearly done :) My hand was only a bit sore so I kept going until about 4pm so I am so pleased about that. I did land up using more packs but not too many. The Garden has a lot of activities now

Thank you @rosemow :) but looking down on those wooden floors it looks rather bland so I might change the wood or change to tiled I am not sure, I might research some Spanish styled homes ;) Thanks again for looking at my house.

Here is an update on how my house from the Llama shaped shell is going. I have done most of the 1st floor and basement and a little on the outside, mostly the balconies and car space. The plants are just popped out there to get colour ideas. I stopped as my hand started hurting, its frustrating not being able to continue…

Thanks @coolsim9999999 :) I still have to furnish the whole house plus basement and to decide about that huge rear garden B) I think a pool is needed Lol and some harvestables as usual, but I would like to do Base game if I can or only a couple of packs as I get too carried away as I buy all of them :D

Today I have started the #SimsieLlamaShell challenge and she said we can stack the shell so I have made it 2 levels for a larger family. Its an odd shape so more difficult for the floor plan and it also has a basement. The fencing may change and so far it is base game. I will add an image of the original shell as well…

Thank you very much @rosemow I could not resist using that 1st outfit once I had seen it and I love the Summer outfit with that yellow, those pants are so cute! as I do not make sims often its always fun seeing outfits from newer packs I have not seen yet ;) I also loved the dress I used for formal it reminds me of the 70s…
