Mostly in it for the build items tho as a Puerto Rican i am excited to have something that reminds me of home a bit as i can relive a bit of my childhood with the tropical life
Newcrest sorta became my main Sims world as that way all other's remained the same, i do enjoyed making my own festivals based off the seasons on newcrest, i have a vet clinic a few restaurants some houses and a park, sorta tried to balanced it out.
Im very grounded in reality wen it comes to playing an typically wen i see a sim just vanished it sorta bothers me a bit, i also would like to experience the joy of owning a car and then passing it on to my teenage son/daughter its the little things that can add to storytelling in my book.
Typically i play as a hermit as i don't like to mingle to much with other Sims one of the reasons i adore the celebrity house trait from 4, my family usually keeps to themselves tho dina loves to socialize so i mostly allow her friend's in the house apart from that i love the quiet and just keeping to myself in the Sims.
For me it was my grandmother who got me into the Sims, she basically taught me how to play the game it was also my first PC game at the time if i remember right it was the Sims 2 double deluxe, it was and incredible experience as it sorta made me enjoyed thing's i normally find mundane and the amount of story telling and…
I rather it be there job and skill what decides there wealth i also tend to sprinkle some story in, for example my main family is wealthy tru alot of hard work as they've been with me tru the start, other households tend to stay in the middle class to lower as i also don't want my game filled with mansions and such 4 rich…
Way ive maintained interest been first no cheats of any kind and going tru most of the packs as they come, i also tend to focus on milestones collectibles and such to keep me entertain since i don't use cheats, alot of work goes into making my Sims efficient at certain thing's.
Im perfectly happy with my purchase tho the info a bit weird $66 lol but I've enjoyed the pack i bought the $50 dlc bundle and i intend to buy the next dlc bundle as well.
Definitely getting cool kitchen stuff but i can't justify luxury party stuff since i barely do party in the game mostly stay at home oh working in the game.
For me i gotten used to some bugs like my sims sitting in the sofa then randomly going under the floor and swim and then glitch back on the sofa is weird but most infuriating has to be wen the cursor and toolbar for some reason merge making it impossible to play.
I've been manually saving my game since nov14 dreading loosing my save after all the time i put into it and hearing some stories from the community puts me on edge.
