Definitely love the equivalent of Halloween. The only thing that could make it better is if we had a horror channel to watch. Instead, I watched some of the spooky movies, but these do not seem to influence spooky spirit. All of the main holidays are great...along with the random little ones!

I thought I was the only one who was wanting some kind of weather forecast before I traveled to another town. It's manageable but it would be nice if we could know ahead of time. I def like how the temperatures vary between each---just wish we could get a weather report prior to visiting.

Yes, agree. The only way I have been able to carve pumpkins is through the Spooky Stuff Carving Table. Sidebar, is anyone else disappointed that pumpkins were not a harvestable in Season?? I was really banking on creating a pumpkin patch where my sims families could go select their pumpkins!

I've been staying away from households with multiple sims, because the bed assignments and door locking seems to have gone crazy after the last patch. But I've been playing some single sims, and have not encountered any show-stoppers yet. Especially since they released that secondary patch this week.

As of now, 28 days is the max count for seasons...so up to four weeks per season. If I remember correctly, we could choose the number of days in a season in sims 3, but there was a limit. I want to say the cap for each season was like 25 or 27 days or something like that. Haha I will have to check out the rock climbing…

The best way I've found to get around this is grafting. I have about a dozen or so trees and bushes that all grow multiple crops. It does not give you quite the volume of tons of plants, but it has allowed my gardeners to live fairly comfortably. Also works well for smaller lots where there is not a lot of yardspace.

I was kind of hoping that costumes would get their own category now, alongside hot and cold outfits. Think this would have worked better with costume parties and such. The only costume I really want to see make a comeback in sims 4 is that volley shark one from Sims 1. Good old Marky Sharky! I loved that thing!

Yeah I'm really curious. I kind of wrote it off already because I figured the kids would have to go house to house, which means a load screen every time. Yes it is! I hope at some point they slip a canning table into the game. Would be great if sims could learn this skill. If I recall correctly, this was one of the four options they gave us when the Laundry Stuff was chosen. So must be in realm of possibility.
