Thank you @imoger I'm glad you like it! I try to make my community lots have many uses whenever I can, so I can send more sims and let them each do their thing.
@mightysprite Thanks for letting me know! I'll check if that's what's going on and probably try to repeal it. I do wish the NAPs were a little less overpowering. I like the idea at a basis, but some behaviors become so excessive.
@MillerMeteor Thanks! I'm glad you like the Youth Center. Your Italian restaurant also looks great! I like how you made the roof with the platforms and all the little realistic details you've added.
Thank you @rosemow! I'm glad you like the exterior design with the glass roof. It was interesting building what was essentially a box and trying to make it not look too much like a boring square box.
I'm done building the San Myshuno Youth Center! It took a while, as I kept fidgeting with architecture. I wanted it to be an old warehouse that got repurposed, so I played around with lots of posts and beams, brick and metal everywhere, and I kept decor to a minimum, serving a purpose more than truly decorating, while…
I just finished building San Myshuno Youth Center today (the link goes to the gallery). It was fun designing this renovated warehouse. It's a recreation center that can double as a place to stay temporarily for sims who need to get out of the house for some reason, as well as providing a variety of services and activities.
There are so many amazing builds lately! @illusie Autumn Red is lovely! It's the first time I notice a build where I like the use of that stone wallpaper. Very nice to see what can actually be done with it! @MillerMeteor Your restaurant is a very interesting idea! I tend to end up making builds that are kind of expected in…
My first thought when seeing Rags to Riches was Eco Lifestyle for the dumpster diving and the skills, but it has a very urban/industrial feel that might not fit as nicely with the fancy rural vibe you seem to be going for with Tartosa and the cooking stuff. If you want to focus on that, I think Cottage Living (and Horse…
Enter me please! Thanks for doing this giveaway! A lot of people are getting Seoul and Chicago! I got Paris. The description mentions romance, parties and cheese. Sure, I'll take that XD And the gorgeous architecture.
@BearyBry Haha, I totally understand that. Well, now that you have member status (looks like you just got it!), you can show us when you have some time. I hope I'll notice. If you somehow remember me by the time you make the thread, please tag me! :)
@BearyBry Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy my builds. I'm really enjoying the project, even though it I'm taking my sweet time with it (life gets busy and I don't always feel like building). Do you have a favorite? I'd also be curious to see what you did with Brindleton Bay and what you will do with Willow Creek. Will you be…
This looks potentially interesting, and quite challenging! Some generations will have a lot of goals to accomplish. If the point is to do everything in the game, though, I'm curious as to why you decided to go by main career rather than by career branch. Was it just to avoid the challenge becoming too long and difficult?…
Add me to the list of people who wish they could pick their sims' costumes. Especially since a bunch of costume outfits aren't in the selection the game uses to generate costumes for holidays.
I'm working on my next build for SanMyshuno, decided to make a repurposed warehouse that will serve as a recreation center officially, but I imagine it as a sort of combination of a youth center and shelter for people who need a temporary place to stay. I've thrown in a bunch of activities, but the lot is so big I'm…
I like your ideas. :) I do think the lake should be made swimmable if at all possible, and I'd love a few extra activities (playground stuff, ziplines and/or rope bridges, cutting wood and more woodcutting projects). I don't know how feasible it is, but being able to visit (or even live in) that world could be nice, now…
@rosemow Thank you for commenting! @mightysprite Thanks! Yeah, that was one important thing to me. For once, there's a balcony, I wanted it to be accessed through common areas. (And to avoid giant bedrooms.)
I'm not sure if I replied in the other thread or not, but thank you again for the comments, @rosemow ! It's always nice to know this thread is still seen by someone. I've also just completed another (very quick) renovation! I'm moving on to the Spice Market, since I had already done one apartment there. This is 19…
So I quickly furnished another apartment, this time in the Spice District, at 19 Culpepper. Here it is! Gallery name : 19 Culpepper apt reno Gallery link :…
@manicpot8to You certainly managed to make that brown house appealing! I love the landscaping. @tatselk Building a retirement home is such a good idea!
Wow! It's been quite a while again! In the past few months, I've played a few of the households a bit so they would have history, relationships and such, but I also didn't play nearly as much as I thought I would. Well, no matter! The family that owns the italian restaurant in San Myshuno is now fully set up and on the…
@masajo I'm always amazed by the pictures you take of your builds. I don't know if it's the lower angle, the lighting or some other detail I'm not thinking of, but these look great. And of course, a gorgeous build contributes to that. @AnoukDuarte Your boat build is very clever! I like the way you managed to make it really…

I don't particularly want open world, considering the potential performance issue of trying to make an open world with enough sims in it to feel full, and how much I like being able to travel from one world to another in Sims 4. However, I really wish we could get open neighborhoods, loading a few lots at a time so we can…
My favorite waffle topping is maple syrup and berries. Thanks for doing this giveaway! If I win, however, please offer Backyard Stuff to someone else, since I already have it.
