I am looking for an unlock all mod as the old tm.unlockall one I had no longer works. Actually I just deleted my mods folder to start with a clean slate, because so many things didn't work. I'd like some default eye replacements that work too.

I am hoping to create some flooring and wall recolors. I have never done CC, but I really want to try this. I especially want to do some for the carpet colors, they are so limited! I have never done CC but I think I could pull this off if I research it a bit.

I'm not too great with photography via Sims, and my graphics are set somewhat low, which is why I used the pic I did for my signature. Any other pics I post will be a little rough, but that's because my PC is an old Raytheon salvage, and doesn't support crystal clear graphics.

Okay, so I just figured this out: If you evict the household, then move someone else in, it gives you the option to bulldoze the lot at that time. Works for me! Haha I always felt like I had to add a pool, then I never let my Sims swim because I wanted them to do other stuff. They're pretty, but also kind of annoying. I have the same kind of distaste for coffee makers in the Sim world. No! Do NOT drink that coffee! Go the **** to SLEEP!

There are a few great new features on this game, but Sims 3 did have better customization, and I wish they would have kept it. My favorite part of the game has always been building houses, which seems to be slightly improved in TS4.
