I have installed something called: Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable (X64) - 14.36.32532 OR (as it appears in my downloads) VC_redist.x64 Though seemingly hasn’t helped me get anywhere with getting Sims 4…. 😮💨

I am guessing you are/ were joking and knew I didn’t mean I turn or anyone would turn ‘free Will’ off to go do something; just at times some like me turn it off, so my sims do what I want when I want full control over the actions of a sim— cause free Will can get in the way at times— for me. Thanks. I don't have Norton, so one possibility I don't have to worry about lol.. Comes/ came with McFee that I could have installed as soon as getting rid of S Mode. Installing it just now, so it wasn't an issue. That site you gave me... Installs WaveBrowser... Already got it and not really sure if it helps anything...…
