That is so weird. Even lungs of steel would still have your sim get the decompression moodlet. Sounds like you've got yourself a very interesting glitch...

Personally, all the bugs, while somewhat annoying, are completely easy to work with. There's a bug where my Sims can't go home if they are swimming in the ocean. But I just tell them to boat to a random spot in the ocean and once their in the boat, then they can go home again. Totally easy. I mean, I love Island Paradise…

Thanks for all the praise! Yeah, the hood just annoyed me. It's like EA was saying "Well, we didn't want to have to try and animate sims' hair while underwater, so let's put a hood over it". To which I would've replied by saying, "Then, by this logic, mermaids have to wear hoods too because their hair won't be animated…

I've found I've been pausing more now that my Sims have master Scuba Diving. Before, I just let it play out when I tried to find shells for them to collect as it helped them level up. Now, that they gain nothing more by letting the clock run, I pause and take a quick hunt for shells. :D

Agreed. I always find myself editing in things like the Film Studio to whichever new town I'm playing with (it really ties together Starlight Shores, in an unrelated note). I mean, if most of the careers take place in rabbit holes, why not throw in a dozen more? I can't imagine it being a whole lot of extra work.

I pause when I dive with a group (like I sometimes do with the rest of my gameplay with large households). I like to keep everyone close by and organized, as well as to stage some group photos to hang on the walls back home :P Oh, and I pause for the perfect screenshot. Gotta get the perfect screenshot! :D

How did you do all this?! I tried to put the pirate ship diner underwater when I made mine (on the exchange, if anyone's interested :P), but I couldn't. I had made the terrain a little bumpy, more realistic let's say, but I don't think that's the problem. Teach me how to build like you!! :P :D

You could create your own dive lot and place some message in a bottle spawn points. You'd know exactly where to look :P
