Yet another feature that is more advanced in The Sims 2 than Sims 4 :/ Seriously, they should consider implementing this, it made for great storylines in TS2.
Okay, I just have to say one thing. Before people get their panties in a knot over someone not liking the pride items, it should be noted that not every LGBT+ person likes Pride either. Not liking Pride culture does not automatically make you (I can't believe they censor this word) phobic, it just means you don't like…
I wish adults could have a part-time job in addition to their full-time jobs, as long as the hours didn't overlap. I was a little disappointed when I found out they can't :joy:
It's probably a bug, then. I wonder if the pool size affects it. Me and my sister both tested it in pools that were about 3x4, and the interaction didn't show up for either of us. Her sims did swim laps autonomously in that small pool, though. I remember them previously being able to do it in 1x1 pools (looked funny), so I…
From TS2: - Memories, memories and memories! - Creating your own neighborhoods - University - The attraction system/turn-ons and turn-offs - Flies - School uniforms - Fears - Mental breakdowns when fears come true - How the sims would randomly stare straight into the camera smiling and it would be sort of creepy - Diseases…
I'm really digging the new option to wade. I have two complaints though: 1. It seems like they accidentally(?) removed the ability to swim laps in a pool, and 2. The new body looks shoddily made, especially at the bust. (I don't like the rainbow aesthetic so I'm probably not going to use the pride stuff anyway, but still…
Depends on what the player considers unplayable. My game runs just fine, but I also noticed some bugs after the last patch. It's definitely an interesting experience when you go to work as usual and see this. :joy: Sims also seem to clean up only one dish at a time after the latest patch. It's a little frustrating in a…
So many good suggestions in this thread! Here are some from the top of my head: * The memory system. I honestly have no idea what was going through the devs' heads when they decided to "update" it. Removing the ability to choose the emotion associated with a memory in favor of the game assigning it was a really bad move.…
So, after a long time (I have aging off) I decided to finally age up my dear adopted kitten, Devil Cat. And well, she turned out to be a lot... derpier as an adult than I had imagined. This was definitely a surprise. :joy: Well, at least the eyes give her character, so there's that... I think I'll just leave her the way…
I have never, ever had a sim die from any emotion. We've been trying to get death by embarrassment in my sister's game, but it just won't work, no matter how many times the guy gets mortified...
The reaper asked my evil scientist lady on a date one time, but she had to decline because she was too busy starving her own clone to death in the basement pool room :'( At least she got to see him anyway.
Again with the family questions? I guess if they all count as siblings... there is one who I HATEHATEHATE!!! don't get along with at all. She's too perfect, goody-two-shoes, always trying to outshine the rest of us. And everyone is always kissing up to her like a little princess. I can't stand that girl. Sometimes I beat…
It's winter in Willow Creek and the updated Magnolia Blossom park is covered in a mantle of snow. I love how Willow Creek looks in winter. So breathtakingly beautiful. The footprints are also a detail that I really like, it adds some realism! Seasons make this game so much better IMO. Dude no you're going to freeze stahp…
Okay, let me introduce you to Yowaneko and Devil Cat. This cuddly, bowtie-wearing guy here and the subject of my avatar is Yowaneko... (What's with the sushi outfit lol) (Don't provoke him though, he gets... clawy) YAWN. I love this picture :joy: Cuddly little fellow. And this little black lady at Grimmy's feet (or…
I've always felt that supernatural sims were kind of ...meh. I rarely ever played them in TS2 and I don't even have the vampire pack for TS4. I want the resources to go to improving the life simulation aspect of the game, to make playing human sims as enjoyable and interesting as possible.
- The ability to reschedule holidays - More trait-based interactions and features - The ability to share a specific picture/selfie from the sims's phone on Simstagram - Snacks you can have in your sim's inventory that don't spoil (bars, peanuts etc.) Similar to fruit and vegetables, but more realistic. - More stuff to put…
True. I think the excuse of wanting to cater to players with anxiety or who are otherwise sensitive is kind of bull. I get that the trend is to be as "inclusive" as possible these days, but sometimes it feels like the team is stripping TS4 of all the bad, sudden things that could happen in the previous games and the…
