Immediately as in tomorrow, unless I discover beaucoup reports of bugs. Cooking is my favorite thing in the game along with gardening, so this will be the rare pack I don't want to wait for a sale for.
Well, this is disappointing but if there's anything my long life has taught me it's that nothing good lasts forever and change is inevitable. @luthienrising Thank you so much for all the hard work you've put in over the years for the benefit of all of us. Now it's time for this old dog to go to AHQ and see if she can learn…
Logic says it would, but I dunno. I'm going to hold off on patching for a bit to make sure the new bugfix doesn't bring in new bugs even as it tries to fix the old one. And btw, who else thinks that now that they have patched out losing teeth, we will never ever see it make a return.
@chips46 Okay thank you for the suggestion. I will try that when I am in game next. EDIT: And I forgot my manners. Thank you also for the lovely compliment.
@Atreya33 I also wanted their lot, so I evicted them to not in world. They still show up to be talked to (I assume, I haven't actually tried, but this should be the case) and I still got their lot.
Poor Bob. He so lonely. :smirk: @Atreya33 I noticed this a few days ago and I was thrilled. Like you I've wanted this for ages. A very nice welcome surprise!
A wholehearted, sincere "thank you" to all the wonderful modders out there and the support staff at Deaderpool's Discord. Ya'll are awesome and it's too bad that some bad people out there are spoiling things for everyone.
I had my family living in Brindleton Bay take a short vacation in SS, and it's really pretty so I'm not disappointed in the world too much. I am about to take a break from playing the family (an infant and a toddler are wearing out both me and both their parents) and evict all the townies to Not in World so they'll still…
It took me a bit to figure out, but if your sim is in the same room with both the rocking chair and the infant, you have to tell them to "give ___ a nap" and they'll rock the sleeping baby.
I've had the pack since Thursday and the only bugs I've had have been (to me) minor ones - the infant stretched once when trying to autonomously pet the dog, but she's petted him many times since and it never happened again. Her food preferences do reset, but her milestones stuck, so that's minor to me. I do have lots of…
I'm a family/legacy player so it gets a solid 10 from me. I really don't care about the world, I prefer the older bigger worlds anyway. It will be a place my sims will visit, but never live there. I do plan to download some San Francisco Victorian row houses for it. The gameplay is everything I dreamed it would be and I am…
Dare we hope the team put that much thought into it? It would be a nice touch. Although just because a person hates something as an infant doesn't necessarily mean they'll hate it as an adult, but when they're still a toddler, maybe.
I'm all ready. My sim is well into her 3rd trimester and should have the baby soon after I go into game again, after the pack drops. Honestly I can't remember when time last seemed to pass so slowly for me! Not since I was a kid in school staring at the classroom clock praying for 3 o'clock LOL.
kellyhb5/dangerously free jellyfish has updated her Whisper Eyes for the infant update EDIT: Beat me by 2 minutes! I should know better than to try to outfox the queen.
I decided to wait until the pack releases to play the infants because I don't want one that knows everything from the get-go, I want to experience those learning moments and milestones! But I just couldn't resist updating my game once MCCC was updated for the patch, so right now I have gotten my sim pregnant (so to speak…
I'm so sorry all of you are having so many problems downloading the patch. I ultimately decided to wait for a bit, I just don't think I can play without MCCC so I'm going to wait for an update. I hope it doesn't take too long to get this sorted out.
