I like it. CAS : not my style and I don’t find it versatile except for the hairs. Build/buy : I like it, I’m so glad to finally have more items to decorate my kitchens, including ones I’ve been wanting for so long, like the baking robot!! I would have preferred a regular corner cabinet though and the shelves as an extra…
Finally a baking robot !! It’s nice to have more kitchen clutter (there’s even a scale). The counters look weird though, I would have preferred a kitchen like Harrie’s coastal kitchen. Also I like the tiles, but I really hope they also included plain swatches of the wall tiles.
Ok, I was excited about the pool kit until I realized it was a cas kit. We’ve been asking for more pool stuff….to put in and around the pool. Not swimming outfits, we have plenty already. The arm and donut floaties are cool, but why make it a part of an outfit rather than gameplay objects ? And why arm floats for adults ?…
There is still no change! If you play with aging off and your sim gets expelled they’re stuck that way. Would it be too much to ask to give us an option to reenroll our sims in High School if we want to ? Like the cheat that removes the “expelled from high school” trait, make it work permanently. I’m getting desperate here.
You can place the Family Portrait, then place your sim in from of it (as if looking at it) and take a picture of it with a good camera so you can place it on a wall without the weird frame. Someone shared that tip here not so long ago.
The worlds don't have any influence on Horses, but Chestnut Ridge is the most adapted in terms of routing and convenience (you find obstacles, barrels and prairie grass scattered in Chestnut Ridge but not in other worlds, for instance). As for routing, In mount Komorebi for instance, Horses can't access the trail with the…
I decided to check how horses work in other worlds. I don't know if it's a glitch, but he did walk in the water! Chestnut Ridge is beautiful in the winter!
I took my horses to Mount Komorebi and Sulani, they were fine. They get hungry though so you might want to have some prairie grass in your sim's inventory to feed them.
Ok I’ve complained about some things in the other thread, now what I like. - Horses look great. - Even though the lots are too small, they did add a lot of jump bars, barrels, prairie grass in the world so at least if you can’t fit them on your lot you can still use those next door and your horse can find food easily when…
I’m enjoying playing with horses. A few things I’m disappointed about though : - I wish we could ride our horse along with other sims riding theirs, a “ride together with….” Interaction. - I wish sims could race each other. (Those two points go for bikes as well btw) - We can’t make obstacle courses (though given the size…
Exactly ! This kitchen would have been actually versatile with a clean white and wood counter top swatch. But as it is, it’s not versatile. Same with the bunk beds, I’m happy they gave us bunk beds, but where are we even gonna use these ? It’s a shame because the sheets have really nice horse themed swatches. Same goes for…
I think we have options, but we still need basic stuff. Especially bathroom/kitchen half-tiled walls, we barely have any. Those they added when they added Muslim inspired stuff to the basegame are good, but they ALL have patterns. If only they had given us a few plain colors with white tiles, I’d be using them all the…
I have, but it's not really a Dreamhouse, it's a giant mansion from Basegame that I've redecorated. So I did not build it, though I'd like to try. Here are a few rooms and the backyard. It needs a refresh though. Skipper's room Stacie's room And Chelsea's room
Exactly !! How are you even supposed to fit a horse on a 20x15 lot ?? it makes no sense. I can't even fit a family home with a backyard on that !! It that was just the one lot, I wouldn't have an issue with it, but most of the lots are 20x30 and under.
Personnally I’ve been wanting horses so I’ll get it. But it could have been part of Cats and Dogs and the Mini Goats and Sheep could have been in Cottage living. Speaking of Cats and Dogs, do Horses also get sick ? It would have been nice to have new careers too. New harvestables as well, what about corn ?
I hope we can take sims hiking in Chestnut Ridge. I like the map. It looks like we have some big lots but also small ones (which doesn’t really make sense to me because for a Ranch EP, I’d expect nothing under 40x30, but ok). I counted 13 lots, which is not a lot, but I could be wrong.
