  • Hmm, this is a good question. However, I'm gonna have to say that I'll only be downloading houses with no CC. I'm just too scared of corruption occurring!

  • SimShine: Thanks! :) I don't expect to win with so many awesome entries, but I had fun and I got to share, so it's all good! scorpiophoenix: Woo! A fav! Thank you. :) gokukaren: Thanks, babe! Tfbob: Heehee! Thanks, Bob! Good luck to you as well. I love your entry! yanti68: Thanks, Yanti! <3
  • Your starters are excellent, SimShine! This one is no exception. I think it's great that you've set aside enough money for window coverings. I had to take mine out because I was over budget. =/ They really make a house look more lived in. I also love the fenced in garden! Great place for Ms. Foxglove. :) Rec'd!
  • Ahh! I have some stiff competition this round. I always love seeing your builds, Bob! This one is no exception. Excellent job. Loved how you worked in the pink accents with the pale blue. Looks great! Your garden is so wonderfully lush too. Mine simply pales in comparison! Definite rec of course. :)

  •   Awesome job, Kirk! Roofing is so important. I think it's the main hurdle from being a novice builder to an official one. People need to learn to stay far far away from the auto roof tool and roof in a way that gives their houses some character!
  • Just to point out a useful resource.. there's a sticky here that has a bunch of tutorials posted. :) http://forum.thesims3.com/jforum/posts/list/279453.page

Can't wait for all the new stuff in the next x-pac and see what everyone does with them! paogae: Hey there! Thank you so much! Cera13: You guys are all so wonderful. Thank you for stopping…
  • I really liked how you carved out the pathway to the garden from the front of the house to the back. It is very quaint. Good job! :)
  • J, let me count the ways I love this build... Oh, wait.. I don't have enough fingers and toes! 20 googly eyes for you. Every time you upload something, you give me very conflicting emotions. I get so jealous and envious of your mad skills, but at the same time I have so much respect and love for it, that I can't…
  • Hello! Some advice. I know you say you like big houses, but here is where you are running into trouble. 1) It is much harder to make a huge house look good because you have to worry much much more about the architecture in order to make it more interesting and not boxy. 2) You are having window issues because of the house…
  • Big congrats to Addict on her new baby! Hi guys! Hope everyone in the Build-n-Share community is doing well. I know I haven't been around in ages, but I am so glad to see we are still going. I needed a long break from all the responsibilities. Thank you to everyone who is picking up the slack. :) I am so excited to see we…
  • DeathNoteSim: Why thank you, sir! I am working on a build right now. Hoping to have it up before the expansion hits. :) Alli: <3 I still haven't seen this on the roundabout, even though it's got a feature star. Weird! My previous feature didn't get a star, but was on the roundabout all the time. Ah well! A star is pretty…
  • petalbot: Aww, thanks! You are too sweet! <3 follyfoot: Hi there, Folly! Hope all is well on your end. Thanks for stopping in with your compliments! fidlerten: FIDDIE! Glad to be building again! <3
  •
  • kimmy: Thanks, babe! <3 minny: These forums have definitely slowed a bunch. I think it's a combination of how these forums often act up and there being so many other community outlets elsewhere. And yea, I try my hardest not to become a CC addict. I'm always so afraid it'll mess up my game! Thank you so much for stopping…
  • Hi there! For your first attempt at building, this isn't bad at all. Here are a few suggestions to help you improve it though, if you don't mind. 1) The house is a bit boxy, but you say it is based off of a real house. If you are satisfied with the general shape, may I suggest using a different siding (maybe a brick…
  • socalkdl: Kirk! So good to see your name. Hope you are doing well. Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! And, yes, it is fully tested, folks. You can definitely make babies in that house! Orathi: I never hope for a feature, so it's always a nice surprise if I get one. Besides, I get more joy out of seeing…
  • scorpiophoenix: Thank you so much! You are always so supportive. Cheers! Kittycattylion: Thanks! :) EMPRESSPAMELA: Your rec is much appreciated! svlyn: Thank you. I really enjoyed decorating the nursery. :) imoger: Thanks! I didn't have much room in the backyard to work with, but I thought it turned out ok. :) yanti: Hi!!!…
  • sjsimmy02: Feel free to use any of my lots. It's why I share! As long as it says in the lot description that it was built by me, it's all good! :) DarkMirage: Thanks. :) I laughed a bit at that too. It's supposed to be formal attire, lady!
  • Not sure if this is your issue, but I found I've had issues with sim pathing after I've moved a sim with moveobjects on, especially between different floors. The problem is usually resolved after quitting the game and coming back in.
  • I'm so glad you bumped this today! I haven't been around the forums in quite awhile and thought I would come by and click on a few posts here and there. When I saw your thread, I knew I would see something good. I'm glad I did! I totally love this french village house! I am quite partial to french country design and this…
  • I am thinking L is for linen closet, so feel free to ignore! As for 2 story rooms... hmm, I'm ok with that!
