Your starters are excellent, SimShine! This one is no exception. I think it's great that you've set aside enough money for window coverings. I had to take mine out because I was over budget. =/ They really make a house look more lived in. I also love the fenced in garden! Great place for Ms. Foxglove. :) Rec'd!

Not sure if this is your issue, but I found I've had issues with sim pathing after I've moved a sim with moveobjects on, especially between different floors. The problem is usually resolved after quitting the game and coming back in.
