Now to tell you more about the lot and not scare you off at the same time. The lot is a starter home and will cost $20000 to purchase. It qualifies as a Tier 3 Small Home by using 84/100 tiles so space will be tight. But your bills will be less.
With the walls being curved, it can be...difficult with placing items on so there's not a lot of wall decorations used in the build:
MOO can be used to place items but with such a cramped build I didn't want sims getting stuck because on something placed with MOO. I did use the ALT key though to help with placement.
The broken fencing, bales, water trough, and wagon are from the DEBUG menu. Though they add a nice touch, sims can walk right through them which may spoil the scene so feel free to delete them.
And though it can be used as a residential lot, it can also be used as a vacation rental. If you want to have your sims have a horrible vacation because the renter considered the couch as a bed when listing the rental as having two beds.

OMG! Care to share this masterpiece in the gallery???
It has a modern “barn” with four horse boxes and a large hayloft with two cranes for easier access. There’s also a huge paddock with horse troughs and feeders. The main building has besides the usual rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom) a nice porch with a grill and a round table with seats for six. There is also a second bathroom with toilets, showers, and sinks, which can be accessed from the outside for rough pre-cleaning after a hard-working day.
The lot is full playable and – surprise, surprise – mod free. But it’s cluttered with BB debug objects.
When I build the stable, I started with the 4 horse boxes on ground level. But soon it turned out that there is not no space for all the things like hay bales, barrels, crates and whatever you need to run a stable. So, I added the hay loft which also has it disadvantages because everything has to be carried up. Luckily, we are in Brindleton Bay, so I could use two of the harbor cranes from the Whiskerman's Wharf neighborhood. That went astonishingly well, because if you scale them down two times they are exactly 4 tiles wide and 4 tiles deep.
I scaled down the Brindleton Pawspital to 20x30 which was easy because of all the unused space around the building. Afterwards I moved it to the 20x30 location (“Sporting Space”) right beside the original one where it perfectly fits in.
Besides that, I reduced the Pupperstone Park also to 30x20 and moved it to a fitting lot nearby (Dachshund Creek in Cavalier Cove). At the original place I build a public horse training ground with all the things you need for your horse and some extra prairie grass specks for feeding. I tried to keep as many items from the premade park as possible.
Finally a view of the whole newly arranged area:
As next steps I plan to add horses also to the Hecking family and to my custom-made family living on the Domus Familiaris lot directly across the Hecking house. Due to the above-average size lots in this neighborhood this might work out very well.
I hope you like my version of the Sable Square neighborhood in Brindleton Bay.
Thanks for viewing.
Yeah - the vet clinic fits perfectly on a 30x20 lot. Having it on a bigger lot is in my opinion a waste of space.
I wasn't sure in the beginning where to build the stables in Brindleton. Imho the Cavalier Cove neighborhood has the more beautiful landscape, the wider countryside and most of all the beaches. It's also more rural while the Sable Square is definetly urban. But besides the 64x64 and 40x40 Delgato lot, there are only 20x30 lots. The lots are more suitable in Sable Square, so finally I started there.

I have redesigned the Palomino Junction Lot, added a second floor to the house and a proper barn and horse stable. The house is raised two steps so no horse or goats get to enter the house.
Here's my sim relaxing on her porch at night.
Ground floor of the house.
Second floor.
A jumping goat. I increased it's size a bit, and they look Ok when walking about, but when you brush them or milk them the animations are a bit off, but I like the bigger size because you can see them better around the yard. My sim adopted a couple of kittens and I have a hard time finding them in the house because of how small they are and they blend with the colour of the carpet.
Barn with horse stable on first floor.
Second floor of the bar, there is a guest room.
Under the barn is the wine cellar with everything needed to make wine.
I made a little ranch style home using the pack. But debating sharing after seeing these LOL
The whole lot with the newly added stable in the foreground:
A detailed view of the stable. The top floor beneath the roof is used as a hay loft.
An aerial view with all the horse stuff spread over the entire area:
I hope you like it.
Thanks for viewing.
The Stables
for the Boys' horses
There is also a bedroom, a kitchen and a living room, since one Sim has to live here to care for the horses.
Each horse has their photo at their box and a nameplate (except Lunatic...)
The floorplan
You can also sit outside to have a BBQ and watch the horses.

This set-up is only working in the sims, it looks Ok, but in real life you have no idea how bad this is.
As you might guess it should be something special. Something worthy for the arch vampire's dynasty.
After some try and error I thought the magic portals from the RoM debug objects might do the trick. Of course the question was whether horses can use the portals. And what should I say: It works like a charm. And yes - you can pass the portals mounted, which is also a nice feature.
And finally here is my stable in the Straud Mansion basement:
I built an abandoned ranch on the large lot in Chestnut Ridge. It's sort of meant for a gameplay challenge I set for myself. Which is to restore the ranch by unlocking sections of it and learning skills and making friends to fix it up. A bit like those "you've inherited a farm and now rebuild it from basically scratch" kind of games (that I love to play).
It's on the gallery under my ID: MDianaSims. Mind though, when I said unlocking, it literally means that most of the lot is inaccesible at first. But there's a poohoo bush, a sleeping bag and a campfire to get your sim started.
