  Schwartz Family Home is lovely! @gmcrozier Very nice exterior design and pretty flowerbox windows. The outdoors dining, chess, firepit,hot tub and greenhouse areas are very nice. The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice natural colours with touches of purple. The design of the bedrooms are lovely.

  Beautiful builds, everyone!!
  
  I've been working on this lot for a couple of weeks now and I'm almost finished. I just keep tweaking everything, but I built a new lot for San Sequoia's Manzanita Terrace. It's a plaza based on the world's deco buildings and features an arcade, cafe, bubble tea spot, movie theater, and bowling alley.

  Your Plaza is looking lovely! @Jase Very great architectural exterior design and layout. The string lights are pretty. It is very nice that it has an arcade, cafe, bubble tea area, movie theatre, and bowling alley.

  Fountainview Penthouse v2 is a lovely renovation of the penthouse! @Ellupelluellu The outdoors patio areas are great! Very nice pool, hot tub and bar area. The outdoors dining and bubbles machine patio is very nice. Very lovely interior furnishings and very nice colourful colours.

  Bedlington Boathouse is very beautiful! @Ellupelluellu Very pretty exterior design and flowerbox windows, and the roof covered rocking chairs sitting and knitting front porch is lovely! Very nice greenhouse porch. The interior furnishing is lovely and very nice warm wood texture of the furniture. Very nice blue and white colours. The floral wall pattern in the laundry is pretty. Very nice outdoors dining and bbq area. The easel painting nook is lovely for sims to enjoy painting outdoors

  Sultry Springside Reno is a lovely reno of the home! @tatselk The exterior design is very nice and great pool and outdoors dining and bbq patio. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice colourful colours, and the bedrooms wall patterns are very nice. The living room fireplace sitting area is very nice, with pretty flowers and very nice musical wall art.   18 Culpepper, Industrial is a great industrial style apartment! @luckyheather Very nice grey, black and white colours. The layout and the furnishing of each area is very nice. The greenery fountain feature in the bathroom is lovely! Very nice curtained arch entry to the bedroom. The computer study desk corner nook in the living room is very nice and lovely design of the curved sofa tv watching and reading area. The musical instruments window nook is great.

  19 Culpepper, Industrial is a lovely family apartment! @luckyheather The industrial style theme and warm brown colours is very nice. Very nice brown brick walls and lovely furnishing of each area. The kitchen design with bar is great! Very nice wood texture of the furniture.
