Something about this lot building with 2 driveways in mind. So we have Three separate spaces including a bathroom, bedroom, and work room , using the favorite colors , for each roommate. Common rooms, kitchen, laundry room, a half bath, a back porch, home theatre/ living room, upstairs an exercise game room with guest accommodations too. “Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz.” You greet your newest clients and their two children with a smile, suppressing a chuckle as one of them pirouettes through the door in a yellow tutu. “I see we’re in the presence of a famous ballerina,” you joke.
The child giggles. “I’m not famous yet!”
“Jannik, behave, This office is too small to dance in,” her father scolds. “Sorry about that.” He still wears his work uniform with Schnitzel Shoppe embroidered across it under a tag identifying him as the manager.
“It’s quite all right, no harm done. Now, how can I help you?”
Tobias Schwartz replies, “My family and I have been living in a too-small flat until recently. When my parents decided to retire, they left their house to us. It’s nice and roomy, but -”
“It could use some updating,” Valerie interjects. “It really needs to be brought into this century. Now, don’t get me wrong, I love traditional homes and furnishings, but the house is seriously dated. The plumbing and electrical at least need to be brought into this century.”
“We would like to preserve some things from the current home though. It’s part of my family’s heritage,” Tobias adds.
“We’ll do our best,” you promise. “Anything else we should know?”
“I want a blue room. With a firetruck!” The other child interjects.
“Finn, shh,” Valerie says. “We’ll get you a firetruck for your birthday, okay?”
“Well that might be hard to do, but we’ll make sure your room is blue,” you promise. You turn back to the parents. “What’s your budget?”
“We have an extra $50,000 or so put aside above the value of the house,” Tobias replies. “So $135,500. By the way, I like contemporary style, so if you could come up with something both of us would like, that’d be great.”
“I’ll do my best.”
“Oh, one more thing - we want the color scheme to include lots of neutrals,” Tobias says, looking at his wife.
“With touches of purple,” she adds, smiling back at him. “And before I forget, would it be possible to add a greenhouse or conservatory? I’d love to be able to grow flowers all year round and not worry about the weather. And I’ll need a spot to store my trinkets from my travels and my guitar.”
“That should all be possible. It’ll take about a month, is that all right?”
“Perfect, our lease is up in a month. Thank you!”

The Sim Challenge: Create the Schwartz family and show them enjoying thie r new home. Remember to show all of their outfits. You can pick all aspirations as well as the adults’ traits. Finn and Jannik can be either gender.
Tobias: Loves the color purple, German Contemporary decor,.
Valerie: Hates the color red, likes neutrals, traditional decor, guitar, traveling, and flowers.
Remember to include the hashtag #bns174 with your build or it will not be judged! Entries are due by Friday, June 30, 2023, 23:5:59 New York Time/EST.
FYI, if anyone is playing the sims on a computer with MacOS El Capitan or Sierra, the official announcement notes that the gallery will continue to be unavailable for those operating systems after the current maintenance is complete.
@BuildnShare Would you maybe be able to post little slideshow of the pre-built lot for this challenge? If the gallery continues to be down for a few days, it would be nice to at least start brainstorming ideas for the renovation.

It looks like the gallery is working for PC players, excluding those as previously mentioned.
The web version of the gallery is still down for me. Haven't checked it in-game yet though. Not sure if the web version is just taking longer for them to bring back online or if this is maybe a new outage while they fix some bugs?
