  It is a very lovely modern basegame home! @mrsr99tso Very great exterior design! The home is very nice on the platform, and the curving glass window wall is very great! The flowers along the home edges are pretty. Very nice gardening and outdoors dining area. The interior furnishings are lovely.   I am really enjoying Carl's Dine Out mod so I built a new restaurant for it on the lot Manzanita Terrace in San Sequoia.

  The inside is meant to be nautical themed and is playtested both with and without Carl's mod. The exterior is based on my love of the Victorian style buildings you find in seaside towns and on piers in the UK. I lived there foe a while and this build made me "homesick".
  There is a garden and some outdoor seating too. I included a shower as well as toilets and a woohoo bush in the garden. My sims seem to love their new restaurant.

  White Diamond Dining is a very beautiful dining room! @chips46 Very pretty white diamond color,lovely furnishings,and the lantern string lights and canopy are pretty. Very lovely flowers,and pretty white petals on the floor. The ballerina are very nice, and the candles are lovely on the table. Very nice buffet table area to enjoy having food from, and sims will enjoy drinks from the bar.

  Rotunda Restaurant is a very lovely restaurant! @Becka28 The hexagonal exterior design and dome roofing is very nice. Very pretty string lights on the edges and the fish on the wall are a great nautical touch. The garden area with the pretty fountain and outdoors seating is very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the interior dining area! The layout is very nice. The seating used is lovely and the bar area is great in the middle area.

  Your modern home is very nice! @Kolikokolitka Very great exterior design, very nice grey color,and pretty flowerbed. Very nice pool and gardenbed patio. The outdoors dining balcony is great,The modern style interior furnishings and layout are lovely. Very nice sunken living area to enjoy watching tv. The floor tiling in the dining, kitchen and bathroom areas is very nice. Very nice computer study desk area.

  Covenstone Cottage is very beautiful! @AlphaFFrog Very pretty exterior design, very nice patterned walls,great roofing and lovely flowers. Very nice gardening and bee hives area. The stoney pathway is very nice. Very lovely interior furnishings and layout of each level. Very nice cauldron room.

  Copper Fox is a lovely family home! @masajo Very nice exterior design and colors, pretty flowerbox windows, and very nice backyard outdoors dining area. The interior furnishings and open plan layout of the living areas is very nice. Very lovely colours of each room. The sofa and armchair tv watching and reading area is very nice,The patterned beds in the bedrooms are very nice, and lovely curtains in the rooms through the home.

  One final build before I am back at work again
  
  This build was inspired by a Youtube video about vintage houses in Adelaide Australia, which have been abandoned and likely to be demolished. I loved the facades of both houses in the video and was so sad they are being pulled down. The video is by Urbex Indigo - "Äbandoned - classic waterfall style home and huge 50s home." I have built the waterfall home and am currently working on the 50s home (Growing together gifted me a lot of perfect building materials for it, especially the big windows).

  50s Waterfall Deco is a very lovely art deco home! @Becka28 The rounded window walls are very nice! The roof edged and floral front entry is pretty. The outdoors dining patio is very nice, and great bar and chess enclosed outdoors area.Very lovely and elegant interior furnishings. The wall patterns and the gold and green colours are pretty. Very nice design of each room, and the bedrooms are lovely.

  I feel kind of shy because while I do upload builds... posting about builds in the sims forum is different.
  I'm working on my no cc save file and now that I finished making over all my townies I want to flesh out the world with some places they can go instead of the same rotation of empty bars and museums.

  Kawaii House is a very beautiful home! @luckyheather Very lovely exterior design,very nice rounded walls,and lovely greenhouse! Very pretty pond,waterwheel and waterlllies. The flowers through the outdoors areas are lovely! The outdoors dining patio is very nice.Very nice upper sitting patio.The interior furnishing of each level is very lovely! Very great layout of the home. The wall patterns in all the rooms very pretty nice and very nice patterned rugs. The wood texture of the furniture is very nice, calming and warm,The roof garden is a pretty place to enjoy painting or having a drink
