    Toddler with maxed-out skills did not receive top notch toddler trait upon aging up to a child.

    Can someone help me figure out what's going on? I do not have any custom content or script mods in my game. Thank you in advance.

      It's a reported bug. I cheat it in. If they earned it, they deserve it, right?
      Open the cheats bar and type
      traits.equip_trait trait_top_notch_toddler
