Looking for NYC townhouses?

Hey I am looking for NO CC NYC/Brooklyn type walk up grouped townhouses that I can replace for either the Karaoke Bar or Old Salt House in San Myshuno. I have searched YouTube for creators building this type and all I have found is CC builds. Any recommendations for creators to look up? thanks.
