Hi! I'm Khree29. I love to build community lots with residentials thrown in. Hope you enjoy my eclectic kind of style! Positive feedback is always welcomed, constructive criticism and suggestions are welcomed too. I try to remember to play test my builds but sometimes...yeah, I forget.

I don't use custom content and a very few will have debug items, but most of my builds, you will need to have MoveObjects on.

Middy Cottage
~ When Grandma Middy passed away, she left her cottage to her granddaughter Kiana. The first thing Kiana did was burn the kitchen down while cooking mac & cheese. (( Yes, this happened in game. )) Good news! The kitchen has new appliances.

This is a cute little starter home, under $20k, with lots of room to expand. Perfect for a gardener or someone wanting to raise their own chickens. Excellent view of the shoreline.

Midtown Animal Hospital
A fancy schmancy hospital for your four legged friends! Features a spacious lobby with the cascading water fountains, four exams rooms, two surgery bays, a stocked employee lounge and a large outdoor play area!

Neptune's Platter Restaurant

Lohani Ladley left Sulani's sunkissed shores to be with Robert Rhoder. Little did she know he'd leave her for Patricia Pancake. So Lohani picked up the pieces and bought a chunk of property with the money Robert had been saving under their mattress and opened up a restaurant that reminded her of home. Even over priced seafood dinners included!

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds

Each of these three builds are very nice! It is great reading the background details that you wrote about them.
Middy Cottage is a lovely starter home!

It isn’t good that Kians burnt the kitchen down! Very nice exterior design, patterned walls, great roofing, and the flowers are pretty! Very nice interior furnishings and the open plan layout is very nice.Very nice warm wood texture of the furniture.
Midtown Animal Hospital is a great vet clinic!

Very nice design of the exterior.and the interior layout and furnishing with vet themed items is very great! The water fountains feature in the lobby is pretty!
Neptune's Platter Restaurant is a lovely seafood restaurant for our sims to enjoy dining at!

The outdoors area with the waterfall is beautiful! Very lovely interior dining area.

@bbdarlingo8s I did! Well, using the debug waterfall after watching a video. The rocks are pieced together around a pool where the fountain is.

Bleu Starter is a lovely Victorian starter home!

Very pretty exterior design, bay windows and blue colour. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! Very pretty wall patterns in the rooms. The sofa sitting area is very nice for watching tv and reading books. The pink colour of the bedrooms is lovely. The windchime is a nice touch in the master bedroom.
It is a very nice family starter!

Nona's Magical Sundries is a great magic store!

It is very nice that her husband made a replica of her old home, and now she has turned into a store. The exterior design is lovely and pretty flowers! Very nice black stone walls. Very lovely furnishing of the interior with magical items on display to buy. The basement cauldron area is great! The candles are very nice.

All of your builds are so lovely!!! I think my favorite is a toss-up between the Victoria starter and the Veterinary Hospital, but all of your builds are beautiful. I will definitely have to add some of these to my game, my sims are in desperate need of an updated vet.

Paradise Splay

Want your own little slice of jungle but don't want to live in the actual jungle? Have we got a deal for you. This small 1 bedroom home has it's own little creek surrounded by lush jungle...but not so lush wild animals will live there. Good for a professional couple or a retired person that loves plants!

Paradise Splay is a lovely home!

Very nice exterior design, warm brown colour, and the creek with plants, flowers and trees along the edges is great! Very nice outdoors dining deck area. Very nice bedroom windows walls for sims to enjoy looking out at the outdoors views. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice wood texture of the furniture. The kitchen nook is very nice. Lovely sofa and chair sitting area to enjoy watching tv, near the fire. The corner sofa windows seating with patterned curtains is pretty! The shelving on either sides of the bed are very nice.
It is a lovely jungle themed home!

I love how secluded this home feels. The decor is great, and I really like the landscaping. It feels like an older house in the middle of the neighborhood. Fave!

Both versions of the home are lovely!

It is a very nice modern home! Very great exterior design, the balcony with sitting area is very nice and very nice windows. The rock and flowers edged pond is pretty! Very lovely furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout is very nice. The purple bedroom is lovely! The purple colour is pretty, and very nice curtained bed and pretty patterned flooring. The bookcases are very nice in the corner nooks with the vanity table in between. The fruit bowl is a great touch on the dining table.

Red Coffee Company is a lovely cafe!

Very nice exterior design and pretty balcony windows. The outdoors dining patio is very nice and lovely red and white colours. The string lights tree is pretty. Very lovely interior glass display counter area and very nice windows stools dining nook
