The challenge for March is to use this blueprint to design a Wedding Venue. I believe that this blueprint is actually a barn; but feel free to use it for a penthouse, hall, or any other design as well. Your build can be on any size lot and any style you choose. There is no budget but please do not use any custom content. Hashtag with #BB28 and #aljay2000 when you upload it to the gallery. As always, if you wish to make a household for your venue, please feel free to do that as well!
If you need a starting point, I have uploaded a shell to the gallery for you to use. This is just a guide and can be put on any size lot with any wall and foundation height.
Unfortunately life got in the way of me playing Sims for a bit but I just want to say reading through this thread always inspires me to go start building again.

Additional Notes:
I chose to go with the barn design for this build. I made an outdoor wedding area as well. I play tested it by having a wedding in it and it did not turn out so well, lol! The couple was able to tie the knot, but there was some confusion for the guests it seemed, because they didn't know where to go. I definitely recommend only having one seating option on a lot. I think I will have to do a little bit of learning about weddings. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Space for Pictures:
A Country Wedding Venue is a very beautiful country wedding venue! @AlJay It is so pretty indoors and outside! Very lovely barn exterior design, great arch windows, very nice red colour, and the flowers along the edges are pretty! The outdoors areas are lovely! Very pretty outdoors wedding arch area! The guest seating is very nice either sides of the aisle. The interconnecting overhead pretty string lights areas are very nice! Sims will enjoy dancing on the dance floor and the outdoors reception tables area is lovely! The flowers on the tables are pretty. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice warm wood walls. Very lovely design of the wedding arch area! The floral back chairs are pretty. Sims will enjoy listening to piano music during the wedding. The drinks bar counter corner is very nice. The reception tables area with round dining tables is very lovely! Sims will enjoy food and drinks from the buffet table and the fountain. Very pretty curtain covered cake cutting area. Very lovely furnishing of the lady and groom’s dressing room. and the bridal suite is very nice.
There are so many special and lovely details throughout the venue!
@AlJay I love the wood and greenery combo! It's the kind of place I was looking for back when I had my real life wedding. Are the cloth draped wedding arch and decorated ceremony seating chairs in your first picture from the new Wedding pack? I really like the look of them.
I did read on the "Wedding Stories Strategies" thread that things glitch out if you have more than one wedding arch on the lot, and it looks like you used it in multiple places (if that rectangular arch with the greenery and cloth drape is a wedding arch and not just a decorative item). So maybe that was part of the problem you were having...?
Would it be alright if I did this challenge as a residential lot? It looks like it'd be fun to see it be a sort of converted barn. Plus, I haven't made a non residential lot yet and I don't think I'm ready for it LOL.
