Roselands is a very lovely family starter! @Lissykin Very pretty exterior design and roofing, and the flowers front door used is very nice! The flowerbed is lovely! Kids will have fun on the swings, and very nice fishing pond. The gardening area on the patio is very nice,The interior furnishings and the layout are lovely!The floral wall pattern in the living room area is very pretty! Very nice sofa seating to enjoy watching tv,reading books and listening to music. The computer study desk corner is great! Very nice bunkbeds in the kids room, and sims will enjoy playing the violin in the master bedroom.

4BRM Basic Starter is a lovely family starter home! @luckyheather Very nice exterior design, great roofing and dormers, and the garden beds in the corners are pretty! The fishing pond is very nice. Very nice picnic table area to enjoy dining outdoors. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The blue and orange colors of the dining chairs and sofa are nice touches of colour. The dinosaur in the kids room is cute! Very nice patterned flooring in the kitchen,

Cat Loving Starter is a lovely modern starter for sims who like cats! :@luckyheather Very nice exterior design and the black and white colors are very nice. The cat themed items through the home areas, both indoors and outside are very nice! Very nice backyard area with pets training course and cat statues. The balcony with a cat jungle gym and pet toy box is great! The interior furnishings and layout are very nice. The cat wallart are great in the rooms! The alternating black.and white colored dining chairs is very nice. The black wall and floor tiling in the bathroom is very stylish.

@luckyheather I'm in love with the modern starter for cat lovers! The color scheme is awesome and the way you managed to pull it through the entire build makes me want to try it.

Basic Pastel Starter is a lovely starter home! @illusie Very nice exterior design, great glass roof awning over the upper planterbox window, and the pink blossoms and flowers are pretty! Very nice open plan interior layout and furnishings.
