Wow, I came to check the blueprint and you guys have already finished, that's awesome!
@Auroraskies Gorgeous guesthouse, makes me want to take my sims back to Selvadorada right now! I'd better get planning @luckyheather Seriously cute inside & out! Love the colour scheme too. I'm passing this one on to my daughter, she'll love getting one of her single spellcasters in it, right up her street!! @icanhassims I love that landscaping! And then you've made it so cool inside, perfect contrast to get out of that desert sun!
Your vacation island family home is lovely! @83bienchen Very nice exterior design, warm wood walls and the greenery is very nice on walls. The flowers, tiki torches and plants are pretty! Very nice beach area to enjoy cooking meals on the firepit grill. Sims will enjoy playing chess and relaxing on the lounger. Very lovely interior furnishings! The room colors and rugs are very nice
Thank you for your encourraging comments, @rosemow and @AlJay. I finished playtesting, so it's now also available in the gallery.
I feel very honored to take part in a challenge with already such amazing entrys.
@Auroraskies, your Selvadorada version looks so good. I love how you managed to provide enough space for 4 Sims. I think that is important because we are very limited when it comes to the number of vacation lots and your design makes it possible to bring a larger variety of households to enjoy the Jungle. I love what you did with the roofing. I also love that you put the dinig area on the outside of the building. The inside looks warm and cosy. I'm especially fond of the living room.
@luckyheather, I personally never play with spellcasters, but if I would your build would be perfect for the purpose. It looks truely enchanted, love the white-gold-light brown color sheme, it's suits the build so well. I guess if we had fairys, it would also make the perfect home for those. The gazebo and the pond are great as well. I love all the details and the roofing is so great (I always struggle with the roofing of the house)
@icanhassims: I love that you placed this in Oasis Springs. I play a lot in that neighbourhood, but I do find it difficult to put builds there that truely fit. I love the landscaping on your build, the pool is an excellent idea for an Oasis springs build. It's great how you managed to put in so much furniture in it, you achieved to not only have a build that is nicely to look at, but also has great possibilitys for skillbuilding. I so much wanted to have a desk with a computer in mine, but I just couldn't find enough space for it. You also stayed very true to the blueprint, while I had to do some minor adjustments because it wouldn't have been playable otherwise.
Thank you @83bienchen, that was very nicely put.
Your build makes me think of summer, and I like the diagonally descending roof line and the open bay windows, and that you filled it with appropriately themed paintings.
Thank you @AliSim19 , and @AlJay , and for another great blueprint.
Thank you @AliSim19 I hope she enjoys playing her spell caster in the home
Hi @83bienchen yes I think it would suit a Fairy I wish we had them like Sims 3 as I loved playing them and seeing their sparkly wings move and they glide along....making me miss TS3 now Lol. I too have problems with roofing and keep trying different ways until it looks right Lol and sometimes im not happy with it but just give up I am pleased you liked this ones roofing Thanks
BTW I will be offline from 12th until 19th so I will miss everyone and their creations but at least I am moving to a nice little studio flat Bye for now x
BB18 - April 2021 Shell is a lovely modern home! @nali272 Very nice exterior design, wood wall texture and the plants are very nice along home and front path edges. The outdoors umbrella covered table sitting area with heater lamp is very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The blue, brown, grey colors are very nice. The archway into the shower is great! Very nice kitchen design! The homely kitchen items are nice on the shelves. Sims will enjoy sitting at the stools counter eating meals and watching tv. Very nice windows study desk nook to enjoy reading books and using the computer in the sunshine.
It is a very nice home!
Just a little note that your link to the gallery is not working
Even though I haven't done the challenge (or even commented much) here for the last several months, I have definitely been checking out everyone's builds each month, and I'm always impressed! This is such a fun thread because it's really amazing how many different ways one floor plan can be interpreted.
So I actually managed to do one this time around. Thank you @AlJay for choosing a small build this time!

Gallery Name of Build: Serenity Point
Additional Notes:
I designed this with the smallest lot on The Crumbling Isle in Windenburg in mind, for a single sim who likes to paint. A sim couple would fit here nicely as well. Wasn't sure what it was going to be when I started out, but the effect seemed tranquil to me when it was done, so "Serenity Point" it is.
Serenity Point is a lovely home for the challenge! @GlacierSnow Very stylish exterior design! The sloped roofing and stone and wood textured walls are very nice! The flowers are pretty along the front corner. Very nice backyard painting patio! The flowers are lovely for sims to see as they enjoy painting on the easel in the sunlight or resting on the seat. The furnishing of the interior is lovely! Very nice blue and black colors with nice touches of pink and purple. The kitchen stool counter area is very nice. Sims will enjoy cooking on the kitchen and dining on the stools with nice sunlight through the window. The windows armchair reading nook is lovely! It is a very nice light filled area to enjoy reading books from the bookshelf, and the flowers are pretty! Very lovely colour scheme, patterned flooring and design of the bedroom! The floral wall wreath is a nice touch. The patterned wall tiling in the bathroom is very nice. The laundry nook is great!
It is a very nice home!
Bright and Tiny is a lovely modern home! @Clousinators Very nice exterior design and the sloped roofing looks great! Very pretty green and grey wall colours and the flowers along home and path edges are lovely! The large glass windows are very nice bringing in sunlight. The hedging fenced backyard are is very nice! Sims will enjoy dining outdoors at the table. Very nice nook area to enjoy growing plants in the gardening box. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very pretty colours! The sunny windows armchairs tv watching area is very nice and lovely flowers! Great study desk nook to enjoy using the computer and reading. The fruit bowl is a homely touch on the dining table, and very nice patterned floor rugs. The pantry is great! The bedhead wall design with the pretty string lights, wall cabinets and items on the shelving is very nice! The closet area with the clothes and shoes rack and mirror is great!

Notes - I attempted a different idea and had to change everything and this was the end result. This floorplan reads very modernly to me. It is 6 tiles from the largest tiny house possible. The house has solar panel roof tiles.
