I've converted the nightclub in Willow Creek to be a vampire hangout. I added an outdoor swimming pool under an overhang so the vampires can enjoy a nice outdoor swim even in the day time.
sooo I've been stuck with my basements for a bit
and I still am but i think I've got the layout down for the fledermaus lot (finally... only took me about million tries)
first level basement has portal to magic realm and all the magic stalls
+strangerville one cause i needed to have 4 to balance it
the mushroom forest is sadly just aesthetic can't go there : (
blame whoever had idea that basements shall only be accessed if they are surrounded by wall
but well better (?) screens of insides
level 2 basement has wedding venue
which well... is bit of a mess
cause I'm not sure how i want it but here is screen of that too
and 3rd level basement is hot air balloon which well is only accessed by teleporting in
but I was having magic town moment
and I also redid the second basement for wolfsbane lot because i figured it was not deathful enough
so I added little concert venue and almost walled in pool which may be used by fairies and mermaids one day
and yes the pool is safe now though it might have grim history
i still fit in some craft objects though but in smaller room
and i kept the mini rooms empty because well... sometimes you just need room to escort unsuspecting sims into you know...

I was just thread surfing when i noticed your pop up on this thread I have been off the forum for a little while as I have been play testing vampire mods and creating more vampires for my world. After all my testing there is not one current mod I have found that simply just allows my vampires to kill. I hardly ever kill my sims but I need more ghosts in the world and thought this would be a way to go but they just don't work unless I am doing something wrong. It's been frustrating lol
You have been busy is this a new lot or the one you posted where you were mentioning building a pit? Whichever build it is I am lovin what i am seeing
The portal to the magic realm is awesome I really like the added stores and am wondering will sims be able to buy stuff from there?
it's a shame the mushroom areais just aesthetics as it looks so nice..

The thing that worries me about basements and above ground floors is that i still have that bug where my sims cannot use the stairs even when i have removed the fencing around them (leaving them looking ugly) so would all the stairs work in a lot like this?

yes the stalls are fully functional on residential lot as long as you hire vendors so they appear to sell thingies
would all the stairs work in a lot like this?
stairs should all work but I'm not sure about bugs because I have not bumped into any while building and testing these lots
the fledermaus lots basement levels are accessed through ladders that at least while testing have routed perfectly fine
Is it going to be available for download?
eventually yes
though I have quite many things incomplete with fledermaus lot so it'll take quite a bit i think
and I'm still thinking about whether or not i want to edit other things on wolfsbane lot before i share new version but I'll probably update it soon
one day i want to put mermaid and fairy apartment in place of behr apartment but i just really wish we get fairy pack one day and there be better items for that so i keep pushing it back

As far as fairies go I am hoping for them in one of these kit packs even if they are just basic but of course I would prefer a fleshed out version like they did with the vampire pack. After vampires I honestly had hope we would get them sooner.. but as always........
I like Forgotten Hollow a lot and it serves as my home and one of the more important locations in my story series. Have been living there for some time now and not going to relocate any time soon.

I tend to avoid vampires in my game so I changed mine into a huge cemetery with funeral parlor and hotels for sims around the world to come and pay their respects to the dead. The vamps in my game are homeless...because I think you shouldn't know where they live and if my sims encounter one, it should happen through actual organic gameplay instead of me seeking them out. There are crypts under the cemetery, though.
Forgotten Hollow is just an ordinary street in my decade challenge, nothing special, but it also has an important function for me. I have placed my main cementry there. It would be more tombstones, but some sims glitched out and other sims passed away without a tombstone. But right now, I'm in the 1950's, the cemetry is already filled over half, space could become tight towards the end.
I.D.K. How to put photos, but love forgotten hollow. Don't mess with vampires much, but inhabit the town still. I like putting average houses, and moving in non occults, too. I think it is a town this is sweet and little, looks maybe like a neighborhood cartoon.
your pics are stunning I love how you have put your world together.. That gargoyle on the roof looks like it will devour passing sims before the vamps even get a chance haha
drag your pic from your folder or wherever it is over to the imgur page then when your pic has loaded look to the top right of your pic where it states copy link with 3 dots to the right side. click on those dots and a new box will open thats shows another 4 links then click on the 3rd link down that says BBCode (Forums) and click copy then post that link on the forum and your picture should show up. I hope that makes sense
oooh I so wish he was a real one I love where/how you have placed him on your build and it caught my eye straightaway as to me it added another subtle hint at darkness This pic/ view is also awesome at least when he greets the sun he doesn't burn
@SPARKY1922 At the moment of the shooting it was a costume with poses specifically for it. Right tow there are also props available. Yes, having werewolves around would be nice. Just...not like it Sims 3 where belly rubs and sticks were a thing.
Completely agree with your comments about belly rubs and sticks lol but I doubt that is ever going to change due to the game rating. I find it easier to use mods in my 3 game to gain desired effects with game play but maybe that's because I almost die whenever I hear a new patch update is coming out for 4 and I put it off for the longest time as it takes me ages to update all my mods again-)

Yes, I agree. Using mods seems to be the only solution to get desired result. Not that I am ever going to look back now :-)
