It's a shame no one seems to be doing these anymore. We seem to have become less creative as a society over time.

It may pick back up in time. If the latest news about S5 is any indication. Players are not wanting online Sims playing. I have a feeling that S3 will be having a spike in the future.

I agree with Bluzcat65. I used to believe for years that I was the only one, or at least one of the last small few who still played sims 3, till I came to these forums one day looking for glitch answers and I learned that there are still so many simmers out there who still play TS3.
I still remember when sims 3 came out, I was texting a friend (this was back when I was still playing sims 2) and they mentioned sims 3. I asked them what TS3 was like and they answered "Say goodbye to your life." Lol
I guess my point is, I think people actually enjoyed TS3 more than they realize. And in the future, people will revert back to TS3 again. In fact, I don't know how many times I've come across recent posts on here with people say "I just started playing sims 3 again. Here are the sims I made." Who knows, its probably happening, now.

It's been months since I posted but I was thinking about this topic and came back to it.

It wasn't that I was saying that these magazines were dying because Sims 3 was unpopular. The point is that there isn't the level of creativity today as when these magazines were popular. Making these magazines required a lot of art, writing, imagination and layout skills, and I don't see as much of that today as I did years ago. Everyone just goes, "Well, let's just dump this all on Tumblr." Don't get me wrong--there's nothing wrong with Tumblr; it's just that there was a lot of TLC put into these Issuu Magazines that you don't see there. I was hoping to kick start something, but then I noticed that a lot of the magazines on Issuu have either disappeared or haven't been updated since TS4 came out, and there are very few new magazines being made so I am assuming that very few people are into either reading or making them, which is a crying shame IMO.
