Hi Everyone!

I’ve really been enjoying the section of the Creative Corner the last few weeks! I’ve noticed a lot of simmers have their own show case thread. I’d love to share some of my builds with you as well! I’ll start this thread with new builds but if you want to peek at my gallery (linked below) there are many other lots and sims to look at!

These builds are all for Sims 4 and everything is cc free. Thank you to anyone who checks them out!

It is great that you have set up a showcase thread for your builds!

The Shipping Views is a lovely container style eco living home!

Very nice exterior design, and great fenced gardening and hive area, pretty flowers/pots and market table area on the front patio.The solar panels, wind turbines and dew collectors are great eco living touches! Very nice rooftop outdoors dining and bbq patio! Sims will have nice views whilst dining.Very nice furnishing of the interior! The open plan kitchen and dining area is very nice,and nice light filled kitchen area for Sims to enjoy sunshine coming through windows whilst cooking meals. The red colour of the dining seats, and the wood textured walls is very nice. Very nice island stove and stools counter. The design and furnishing of the bedrooms are very nice. Very lovely sofa and armchairs sitting area in the living room! The candles, flowers, and plants are pretty on the coffee table and the shelving.
It is a very nice family home!

Modern Victorian is a lovely family home!

Very nice exterior design, great roofing and the flowers along the railing are pretty! Very nice wraparound porch. The fenced hydroponic gardens and hive area is great! Sims will enjoy growing plants there. Very pretty hot tub and seat bench sitting area! The flowers on the edges, and curtains on the hot tub are very pretty! The birdbath and bird house are nice touches. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior! The curtains in the rooms are pretty! The natural wood and cane texture of the furnishings through the home is very nice. Very nice dining room with many seats at the table for Sims to enjoy eating meals together. Very nice candles ceiling light. The design of the kitchen is lovely and very windows breakfast alcove to enjoy dining in the sunlight. The family room is very nice! The tv wall with the cabinets and bookcases around and beside the tv looks great! Sims will enjoy sitting there relaxing watching tv and reading books. Very nice furnishing and colour scheme of each of the bedrooms. The soft toys, wall decor, animal chairs in the kids rooms are cute!

The Old Mill Meets Modern Luxury is a lovely modern family home!

Very stylish exterior design! The sloped roofing is great! Very nice glass windows bringing in nice sunlight. The gym and eco living machines are great in the garage! Very nice interior furnishings and layout! Very lovely open plan kitchen, dining and living room areas! The red colour scheme of the kitchen and dining area is very nice,and great island stools and workbench counter. Very nice window dining area to enjoy dining in sunshine. The wall plants gardens are very nice on either sides of the window! The sofa and armchairs tv watching and reading area is very nice! The red candles on the table to complement with the kitchen area are pretty! Very master bedroom! Very nice colour! The master closet is lovely! The roof deck is a lovely place for relaxing on the loungers and eating meals cooked on the bbq. The views would be great! Very nice family room for Sims to enjoy playing the piano, games, doing painting and kids will like playing with the dollhouse and building blocks. Very sweet kids bathroom! The furnishings in the kids rooms are very nice! It is great there is a yoga nook. Sims will like discovering and spending time in the secret room!
It is a lovely family home!
