I did a lot of remodels for Windenburg when I was doing the rebuilding worlds challenge there. The remodel of the library was one of my favorites!

Exterior. The style was kept mostly the same, but he has a nice grill now.

Floorplan

Entrance, dining table, bookshelf, and clutter items.

Upgraded kitchen. Counter doubles as a workspace with a moveable laptop.

Living area with his mic and guitar, so he can perform for guests or friends.

Gave him a double bed cause he deserves one lol

Outdoor table and grill for entertaining, and some pots for gardening.

Nice work @Patch__2008 ! I like that you kept the original layout of the trailer but made it less sad and drab.

What I'm not sure counts because it wasn't a house to start with is the Shrieking Lama, as I turned it into a 3brd family home.
