Sorry, you may not know this but that has been used as a dismissal and rebuttal of #blacklivesmatter and I know you didn't mean it that way. Of course we all know that all human lives DO matter, but the use of that dismisses the systemic racism that puts black and brown bodies significantly more at risk in the US than white bodies. It's almost akin to declaring that systemic racism doesn't exist in this country and it most assuredly does. Again I know you didn't mean it that way but it's something to know.

Yeah, I know you're gonna bring that up. Honestly, I don't understand why people get mad when someone says that all lives matter. This is something I see A LOT on social media. I think people need to know that people in other countries don't face racism like how it is in the US and some other first world countries, but I grew up with this 'all lives matter' mentality. I say it as more of a mentality thing than a rebuttal to the BLM movement. If you think about it, if everyone has this kind of mentality, there would have been no discrimination in the first place. But I see you kinda understand that was what I meant to.
Either way, I just wanna get it off my chest cuz I'm seen so many people on social media going off on people for saying all lives matter, it's just ridiculous. 🤣 Maybe instead of going off on someone on social media, actually do something about the state of your country? 💁♀️ < This isn't targetted to you tho but to all those people who get so triggered easily instead of actually asking what the person meant by that. 🤣
And then when you try to be a good netizen and spread the BLM movement, people will be like, "Oh my God, you're not doing enough! You're doing it wrong! You have to give us correct links to this and that, you're using the wrong hashtag, etc etc". Which is why I just avoid it altogether.
But you know, I'm not gonna get political with it. But your signature to me, kinda just involves pretty much every human being so that's why I captioned it like that.
