@Bluegayle , sorry to keep harping on the show stage, but do you just want like a platform stage with musical instruments on it? Or do you actually want the performance show stage from Showtime where singers perform? I first had the performance stage, but I couldn't get my sim to do anything on it and no one else showed up, so then I changed it to just a place where people could play musical instruments on it. Is that ok, or did you really want the one where singers perform? Thx, and sorry for my confusion.

No worries. I don't think anyone even does showtime anymore or at least I haven't got anyone to perform at my venues. So I think if you just put in a stage to look "authentic" and I can change out instruments. I'll just have my Sims perform on their own. LOL

Ok, great. Thank you for the info, I'll carry on, lol.

@Bluegayle , Just giving you an update. I'm finished with the lot, just need to deal with all pictures. Now I'm kinda worried that I made it too big, too much seating in restaurant and lounge and that it might be too glitzy for you. Crossing my fingers that you're going to like it. :o

@Bluegayle, I have finally finished your casino. Sorry for the delay in getting it uploaded, but I was having troubles with my Imgur account, otherwise it would have been up last night.

I hope you like the style and all that blue throughout, lol. (And I hope it's not too big for your liking). Enjoy and let me know your thoughts!

Ok, thanks, that's good to hear!

On another note, I know you mentioned that you liked some of my other farmhouses. Do you like the decor style in these 3 homes? Just so I can get a feel for what style you'd like.

    Willowbrook Farm

    Lake View Family Home

    HGTV Smart Home

I like them all. If I had to rank them based on which decor I like best...

    1. Lake View Family Home
    2. HGTV Smart Home
    3. Willowbrook Farm

Hi @Sandraelle! Thanks so much for thanking my request! I cant wait to see what you come up with. As for your questions:
    1. A basement is fine if you need to put one in.
    2. Skill and hobby items: musical instruments for sure, chess and dominoes, foosball, telescope, any of the easels or other artist items, gym equipment, science items, also any of the outdoor hobbies that came with seasons like snowboarding or ice skating if there is room for those in the yard. If you do end up doing a basement, a little bowling alley would be cool. I think those will be enough for now and I can always swap something out if I have a sim later with a different skill or hobby that isn't there
    3. Yes, a separate room for kids and one for teens for each of the genders would be great!

@blair2396, Thank you so much for your speedy response!

This sounds like an obvious question, but just to be clear, for the outdoor hobbies, you're referring to the snowboard half-pipe thing and the small ice skating rink, correct? LOL

I'll see what I can come up with. Oh, by the way, have you decided which world you're going to put it in yet? If not, I'll probably start out on a 50x50 in Appaloosa Plains, and if need be, there are also 64x64 lots in that world I could use. Thanks!

@Sandraelle yes to the half pipe thing and the small skating rink. I havent quite decided on a world yet but I usually can find or add the right size lot in most worlds if I need to so whatever size you need to use is fine!

@blair2396 , Ok, thanks - I just wanted to be sure as I've never put a skating rink or half pipe on a residential lot before, lol. I am going with 50x50 and I think I can only go with one of those winter activities, if that's ok. And I was able to work out a floor plan to fit most things so I didn't add a basement (sorry about the bowling alley, lol). Unless I can squeeze that in, I'll have to see. :)

@blair2396 , Hi there, just wanted to give you an update and reassure you that I'm making good progress on your house. Good news - you might just get your bowling alley afterall, lol. I was needing a bit more room for things, so I was able to add in a basement, so might as well put in a bowling alley, lol.

Do you like to see any WIP pics, or do you like to be surprised at the end? :)

EDIT: I keep forgetting to ask you this, but were you wanting to have a pool? I think I would have room if you're wanting one.

@Sandraelle a pool would be fine if you end up having room. I would love WIP if you happen to take any shots, but if not that's okay too!
