Yeah I know this house there was nothing wrong with it its just I didn't know how to put on a ceiling at the front entry and the back porch that was about it everything works fine
That's pretty cool for a first build @chips46! I started to play the Sims for the first time in September 2015, so it took me about a month to kinda build, and it have my lot look pretty decent ! I still play that family, but I've fixed up the house --- although, I find things to fix occasionally because that house is 8 floors now because of Get Famous, and I built the basics of 6 of the floors about 4 months after I started to play the game !
The design and layout of Teen Sanctuary is very nice! The blue and black colour scheme looks very great and effective! It is a great room for a teen! The black marble flooring and patterned floor rugs look great! Very nice corner nook for Adam to enjoy mixing tracks on the music station. The posters on the walls and patterned walls looks great! The school bag is a great touch in the room. Very nice music area for him to enjoy playing the guitar, The lit up patterned wall dividers look very great in the room! Very nice sofa seat sitting area for Adam to enjoy resting there watching tv, playing console games, listening to music through the wall speaker or the stereo and eating popcorn Great corner nook area for him to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer. It is great that his trophies are on display on the shelving! Very nice bed area! The blue beans, crystal and voidcritter look great on the bedhead ledge. The music themed picture on the bed head wall and the bookcases either sides look great! Very nice display of guitars along the side area of the bed.

@coolsim9999999 I been trying to understand you say the house is 8 floors and the other 6 of the floors how are you able to get 8 floors the game only allow 4 floors I dont get it am I missing something how did you get 8 floors
@chips46 --- I meant that the house had 4 floors and 2 basement levels. Now, the game has 4 basement levels So, I meant that now the house has 4 regular levels and 4 basement levels (I called all of them floors by accident.)
Oh I gotcha @coolsim9999999 I forgot about basement floors I dont really use them all that much only for detailed decorating I haven't been in a good head space lately can't think straight
Basement has been neglected of wear and tear with a few scuff marks on the brick wall, and replace the old flooring with new, it has a high security door with alarm security system, with a few lab equipment to analyse to what Xenia is working on and create potions to cure Illnesses, as to what is going on in Xenia home town.

At the entrance has a high security door with a alarm security system a work area at the counter with a computer
A chemistry lab with a fully stocked shelves, in the center on the table for Xenia to do her experiments
A Chemical Analyzer and a fridge to keep her experiments in
In a half room is a Microscope inside on the wall has red light effects when Xenia is using the microscope
Secret Science Lab is very creatively great! You have designed and furnished it so very well! The science lab equipment items look great in the room! The old wall texture and torn wall areas to reflect a basement gives a great look to the room! Very nice use of lighting!

Happy Easter everyone an Easter Basket with a few Easter egg hunt if your lucky you might spot a picture of a real Bunny hidden some were and NOT STATUE the garden has The Sylvan Glade Tree there you'll see fairy light flying around and has the Forgotten Grotto entrance to visit the mine

Happy Easter is such a very creatively designed, very pretty and very cute build! It is so very lovely! Very nice colour used through the build! It is so very detailed! Very nice outdoors areas and exterior of the home! The bunnies, basket of eggs, rainbow and Easter eggs on the roofing are very nice! Very pretty flowers, trees and cherry blossom in the outdoors areas! The heart shaped harvestable garden is very nice! The paw prints there are great! Patchy is great there to help with the gardeningThe flower bunnies are cute! Very pretty pond area! The flowers on the edges, and the hanging plants are very nice ! The flowers look lovely on the edges of the home! Sims will enjoy doing flower arranging on the table or have fun playing chess, iIt looks very nice the plants and fairy statue you placed around the Sylvan glade tree. Pretty outdoors dining nook ! Sims would enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and dining in the lovely setting! Very nice furnishing of the interior! Very nice design of each room and area. Thankyou so very much for using my artwork! It was very lovely of you!

I love everything about this house @chips46! The lollipop trees from the bushes are awesome and the special tree to get to Sylvan Glade and all the other details !
