@socoolsim Your Leatherwood build is amazing. I love the color palletes you used through the build and all the little extras like the game room and walkout basement. If my net will stop wigging out on me I will give the build some love and download it. Until then let me say "two thumbs up" here!

Leatherwood is gorgeous Paula! The rustic appeal of the build and the meandering levels in the landscaping just pull it all together. :D

Do you do stables? If you do, I kind of wanted a cross between The Jewel Stables and Silverhill Stables. With a Cross Country course? If you can.

A modern house with enough room for five people.

Just cross The Jewel Stables and Silverhill Stables together, but add a Cross Country Course and a round pen. Just search it up on YouTube :)

    Hi @EldergaleEquine! :)

First per team rules we do not use cc. I noticed quite a bit of it in the one video. The other video didn’t show much of the stable at all.

You will need to go to the front page of this thread and read the rules and fill out a request form.

Since you want a home it will need to be the residential request form. If you have a picture of the style of home you would like or a floor plan that would be appreciated.

For the stable you will need to say how many stalls you want and any other rooms that you would like in it. A picture of the style would be most helpful.

As for the cross country course…you do realize the lots are only so big and the courses I saw are quite large. If you are wanting training jumps included you should add that.
