You have reflected the inspiration home very well! 213 Mesquite Drive is a very nice Mid Century Modern home! Very nice exterior of the home and the furnishing of the interior is very nice. The outdoors living and pool patio design is very nice! Very nice gardening nook for Sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes. They will enjoy doing woodworking on the crafting table outdoors in the air. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub, or resting poolside on the loungers, or chatting on the sofa and armchairs. The candles are calming touches there. Very nice natural colour scheme of the interior. It gives a very nice feel and look to the home. Very nice furnishing of the living room! The cabinets look very nice how they have been placed there to create the tv nook, and the stone texture of the fireplace wall is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting there warming up near the fire listening to music, reading books and watching tv. The desert wall picture suits the room and colour scheme very well. Very nice wall texture used in the kitchen. The kitchen windows are very nice for Sims to enjoy looking through whilst preparing meals.

The exterior design of 218 Tranquil Court is very nice! Very nice roofing! The planter box windows dormers look very nice. The white blossom tree and the flowers around the base of the trees look pretty. Very nice balcony and porch areas! Sims will enjoy painting on the easel, playing chess and relaxing in the hot tub there, and enjoy cooking and dining outdoors in the air. Very nice yoga, gym and meditation area! The outdoors living, bar and pool patio is very nice. Very nice open plan layout and furnishing of the interiors!

@gmcrozier I really like your 218 Tranquil Court, I especially like how the roof lines tie in the front to back offset and your placentment and choice of windows throughout looks really good. It kind of reminds me of those front-to-back splits even though we can’t quite build those yet.
220 Lovers Lane is a secluded stone cottage on an island in Windenburg Bay. Ideal for moonlit walks on the beach and afternoons lounging in the warm sun enjoying the bracing breeze from the bay. The seclusion is ideal for romantic escapades or inner contemplation or..... a serial slasher. Did you meet the neighbor? I believe his name is Jason... or was it Michael? Hmmm. Anyway have fun!
220 Lovers Lane is a very warm and homely home! The stone texture of the exterior and interior walls looks so very nice, and gives a very special cozy feel! Very nice roofing design! The love seat is a nice touch in the front garden, for enjoying sitting outdoors in the sunshine. The flower box windows, greenery on the walls and the flower cart are very pretty! Very nice homely furnishing of the interior! It looks great the way that in your tour of the home you had a picture of a door before showcasing each room. Very nice open plan living, cooking and dining area! The fruit wall picture, utensils, dish rack and hot chocolate items are nice home touches in the kitchen nook. Very nice warming sofa seat and armchair fireplace sitting area. Sims will enjoy listening to the gramophone music there. The coat stand is a nice touch. Very nice furnishing of the bedroom. The leadlight lamp and romantic red flowers on the bedside tables are pretty. The sunflowers, rooster and scenic pictures are nice cottage touches.

Very nice design of 221 Shoreline drive! The wooden wall texture looks very nice and the type of plants used complement very well with it. It looks great that the home is raised! Very nice outdoors bbq and dining area under the shade of the tree. It looks nice that the hot tub is on a platform floor. The lantern lights tree is pretty! Very nice gardening nook for Sims to enjoy growing plants in the gardening boxes. They will have fun playing horses and enjoy painting on the easel. The furnishing of the interior is very nice! It looks a very restful, casual and calming home. The wooden flooring gives a very nice feel to the home. Very nice open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The design of the sofa seats sitting nook is very nice! The blue patterned curtained look great on the windows bordering the tv. The booknook corner is nice, and the MySims look great on the shelving! . Sims will enjoy sitting there watching tv and reading books. The grandfather clock is a nice touch. Very nice kitchen wall texture. The hanging robes are a nice touch in the bathroom. Very nice blue and yellow colour scheme of the bedroom.

228 Cumberland Drive is a very nice modern home! The architectural design of the exterior and the layout of the outdoors areas looks very great! Very nice patio areas! Very nice design of the outdoors living, pool, gardening, outdoors dining and fitness patio! Very nice upper patio art area for Sims to enjoy painting on the easel. The sofa and armchairs sitting nook in the front area is a very nice touch of red in the build. The layout and modern furnishing of the interior is very nice! It looks great the way the wall plants have been placed is a vertical row beside the bookcase in the tv area! The plants are nice touches of nature and green on the kitchen windows shelving. The varied black circles floor rugs looks very effective !

Very nice placement of the bookcases on the bedroom wall to create the tv nook, and the music player and plant look nice on the shelves. 305 Wilderness Way looks a very warming and homely cabin home! The lantern tree and flowers are pretty! Very nice terrain work! The trees through the outdoors and the wooden texture of the exterior of the cabin are very nice. Very nice open plan layout and furnishing of the interior. The brown and blue colour scheme and the wooden texture of the furnishings looks very nice. The blue patterned curtains and the patterned floor rugs add a nice look to the room areas. Very nice fireplace sitting area! The pictures are special touches on the walls there, and the flora wreath is a pretty touch on the fireplace wall. Very nice corner dining nook! The yellow sunflowers are sunny on the table for Sims to see whilst enjoying eating a meal there, and the sunflowers bedhead wall picture is very nice for Sims to see when waking in the mornings.
