Cottage by the Sea is a very homely nice seaside home! It looks very warming. Very nice exterior design of the home, and the roofing is very nice! Very nice porch areas ! Sims will enjoy sitting there. The flower box windows are very pretty touches and flower box windows dormers are very nice! The ships are great touches on the dormers! The flowers look very pretty on the edges of the home, and the birdbath and the bunnies are nice and cute! Very nice outdoors dining corner nook for sims to enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating the food at the umbrella covered table or having a drink from the bar . It is nice that there is a firepit nook for sims to enjoy sitting on the camping seats near the fire toasting food, chatting and watching birds feeding on the seed feeder. The hot tub nook is great! Sims will enjoy relaxing in the tub and the fish net wall decor looks great there . Very nice open plan layout design of the living, dining, study and kitchen areas , and the furnishing of the interior of the home is very warming and nice! Very nice fireplace sofa and armchairs sitting area for sims to relax and watch tv near the fire. The lighthouse is a nice touch on the coffee table. Very nice windows study nook! The bookcases look great placed either sides of the desk. Sims will enjoy sitting at the table reading or using the computer with sunshine coming in onto them. The windows dining nook is very nice! The type of dining seats used looks nice, and the sunflowers are a sunny touch on the table. The ship wall picture looks great there. Very nice design of the kitchen! The placement of the wall cabinets, and the curved bar stool counter looks great! Very nice open light filled kitchen with the large glass kitchen windows letting in sunshine. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms! The blue colour scheme of the rooms of the home looks very nice. The pictures, posters and prints on the kids room walls add a nice look to the rooms. The unicorn , giraffe and panda lamp is cute in the rooms!
It is a very pretty family seaside cottage!
Cottage by the Sea is such a beautiful build and perfectly sited. The outdoor areas are absolutely gorgeous and I love the gardening plots. The soft blue palette of the interiors is so beautiful, you have really nailed the coastal theme, a true masterpiece

Hello The link is working okay for me too. There was Gallery issues earlier though,and many simmers were unable to access the Gallery.
@rosemow, Ahhh... Thank you Rose! I'm happy to hear that the link is working. But I guess now it's my turn to have trouble with the Gallery. I am trying to add a new build here but I'm having no luck getting anything except "Oops" on the Gallery right now. Guess I'll just put the post in now and edit later or tomorrow, to add the link. So weird...
I wanted to try building something using just the new Laundry Day Stuff pack and Base Game only. I wanted it to be really rustic and barebones but hopefully still cozy and cute, so I decided on a little farm house. I tried to keep the cost down as much as possible. On that note, I used the fish pond from Debug and tried sizing it down with our nifty new ability. I was psyched when it actually worked! Only later on did I realize there's one small problem... sometimes when you re-enter the lot, the *water* shows around the edge of the pond. So annoying. It's an easy fix though. All you have to do is grab the pond while in build mode and immediately place it right back down. Voila! Problem solved.

The exterior design of the Achin Back Farm home is very nice, and the outdoors areas look great! It is a great name for your build! It looks nice how you have used the terrain paint to do the curving pathway. The roofing on the farmhouse looks very nice, and the wraparound porch is great! Sims will enjoy sitting there in the outdoors air. The cow looks great on the roof! The left and right open shutter windows are a nice touch. The flowers are pretty on the edges of the porch. Sims will enjoy fishing in the pond. The outdoors Laundry area looks great! Sims will enjoy using the washtub to do their washing, then drying the clothing in the sunshine on the clothes line. It is not good though to get an aching back from washing the clothes! Very nice fenced gardening area for Sims to enjoy growing and harvesting plants. The outdoors dining nook corner is very nice for sims to enjoy cooking on the grill and eating outdoors under the shade of the umbrella. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the sunshine.

She will enjoy playing with the dollhouse .The gingham wall pattern looks nice in the toddlers room and the different sized bunny pictures are cute! The teddies in the kids rooms are very cute also!

A charming and rustic farm , love the wrap around porch, the fenced off veggie patch (so no little rabbits can have a free feed). The night time picture gives the feel of a safe cozy home. xox Folly

Achin Back Farm is absolutely amazing, full of wonderful charm and rustic beauty and using only the laundry pack, wow! I love the country style interiors and all your attention to detail, even the pic of the farm on the wall above the fire, truly beautiful work

This farmhouse has five bedrooms and three baths. In addition to the usual rooms on the first floor, this home includes a game room, laundry room, enclosed porch and the master ensuite. Upstairs has a toddler/nursery room, one for girls, one for boys and a guest or maybe teen room. Outdoors has tons of fun things for a family living the farm life. There's the farm of course, with all perfect quality fruits and veggies. There's a large outdoor kitchen and entertaining area, a nice sized play area, a fire pit, horseshoe game area and a swim-able pond. Just off the master bedroom, is a private little porch with a hot tub and mat for yoga. There's plenty of room for the family dog and cat too. Playtested

Countryside Farm is such a very nice family farm themed home! The exterior design of the home and the layout of the build looks so very nice! It is a very detailed and special home! Very nice outdoors areas! The landscaping work looks so very nice! The flowers and plants look so very nice through the outdoors! Very nice outdoors kitchen and bar patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and dining at the umbrella covered table there in the outdoors air. They will enjoy having a drink from the bar with their meal.Very nice firepit nook for sims to enjoy sitting around the fire toasting food , playing the guitar, singing m chatting and keeping warm. The large fenced harvestable garden area is great! Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting the plants there. The kids will have fun playing with the dollhouse in their outdoors play area! The design of it with the moat, carriage and princess is very special! The soft toys there are cute! The outdoors laundry clothesline nook is great for sims to dry there clothing outdoors in the sunshine. Nice games nook for sims to have fun playing horseshoes. The corner pond and water fountains area with the flowers on the edges of the water looks very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! It looks a very nice homely horne! Very nice light filled living room for Sims to enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa or armchair in front of the fire, watching tv with sunlight coming through the windows walls. Very nice countrystyle kitchen and dining area! It has a special home warmth feel and look to it. It is great that there is a laundry room in the home. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms!
