I have just updated Bontanic House to Version 4 which includes Childs Room Stuff and Backyard Stuff Packs plus a few fixes.
Newcrest Park is a very nice place for sims to enjoy visiting ! The sculptures look great at front entrance to the lot. Sims will have fun using the slippery slide at the park! The kids will enjoy playing on the spaceship,monkey and pirate ship. It is nice that there is an indoors bar counter area.
All the sims family will enjoy coming there together
The layout of Compact Space Home looks very great! Very nice design of the build! The different levels and areas of the build look very great! The diving pools look very nice either sides of the front entrance area. The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build. The shape of the build looks great!

Hello It is great that you have added massage tables and chairs to the Spa that Maxis created. Sims will enjoy having a relaxing masage when coming to the venue, as well as enjoying attending yoga classes there,

Hello It is great that you have updated your Underworld build to include items from the latest two stuff packs. Sims will enjoy using the outdoors telescope at their home also. The pool areas and water fountain features in the build look very nice! It looks great how the fencing has been used in the build. Very nice dance floor area! Sims will have fun dancing to the DJ booth music on the dance floor. The layout and design of the build looks very nice!
The layout of Modern Tree Manor looks great! It looks very nice the way the home is built around the tree! The way the windows are used in the build looks very nice. Very nice outdoors areas ! It is a very detailed build with many feature areas in it! Each of the levels of the build look very nice!

I have just uploaded a Restaurant to match the Middle Tree Manor called funnily enough Middle Tree Restaurant.
It is very nice that you have designed Middle Tree Restaurant to complement with the home that you have built. The exterior design and layout of the restaurant looks so very nice! It is very nice that it has been built around a courtyard which has a tree . It is nice that there are both indoors and outdoors dining areas. The slanted roofing looks very nice! The type of fencing used in the build looks great . Sims will enjoy dining there!
The Middle Tree series of builds look great! The complement each other so well! The spa venue is very nice! It looks nice that the indoors areas are designed around the edges of the inner courtyard that has the tree. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. Nice massage room area for sims to have a restful massage on the tables in the separate nook areas. Sims will enjoy attending yoga classes at the venue and doing yoga on the mats with other simmers. It is nice that there is an indoors pool for sims to enjoy swimming in.
