    Is it possible to mirror/flip hairstyles?

    Sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums, this seemed the most appropriate place to post this though.

    Can you flip/mirror hairstyles? Like, if I don't want the hairstyles' bangs to go to the right for example, I can flip the hairstyle so they're parted to the left? If so, how can I do this? If it's not possible, can a game mod do it?

      You would need to know how to create custom content. It can't be done with a simple mod. It might be as easy as editting the mesh but that would still require basic custom content creation knowledge. I suggest visiting ModTheSims forums (free sign up required). You can't make request but you can ask for advice. Plenty of tutorials over there too but hopefully someone can tell you what kind of programs you will need.

      No, you can't.

      And I doubt it. 3D meshes are trickier than you might think. It's not like flipping an image horizontally in Paint. I imagine a practiced content creator could do it and make it downloadable custom content. I doubt very much it could be achieved with a scripting mod to the game.

      I've seen a decent amount of flipped hairstyles made by CC creators, but it's definitely not something that can be achieved in-game.
