  Very nice exterior design of Modern House. The roofing looks great! Nice front patio area. Very nice back patio outdoors living area! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq and eating their meal at the dining table there, enjoying being outdoors in the air. Great bar area! The bottles display cabinet is a nice touch there. It is a great place for sims to enjoy having a drink with their meal or any time through the day. Nice furnishing of the interior. The clothes wall shelves and shoes racks are great touches near the front door. Nice design of the kitchen. The bar stool counter is great! The fruit bowl and the pans wall shelf are great kitchen items there. Very nice living and dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa or armchsir there, watching tv or having a read of a book. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows through the daytime whilst eating their meals at the dining table there. The butterflies picture on the wall are nice for sims to when sitting there dining or watching tv. Nice shades of blue that you have used in the master bedroom. The clothes shelf and the mirror wall there looks great! The scenic picture on the bedhead wall is nice for sims to see when laying in bed. The floor tiling in the bathroom looks great. It looks nice that you have placed the plants on the bathroom shelves on either side of the room. The hanging robe on the wall is a nice touch. Very nice study room. Great window study nook area for sims to enjoy using the computer at the table there whilst looking out through the windows at the outdoors views. The pattern that you have used for the walls in the other downstairs bedroom looks nice. Great gym area for sims to enjoy using the equipment to keep fit and enjoy listening to music from the music player at the same time. The corner tv watching nook area is great! Sims will enjoy sitting resting there.

  @ahholladay Thank you, I'm glad you like it:) I really like these types of roofs, I don't remember if they were in TS3.

  It is beautiful! The architecture is very striking! I like the modern interiors too! Especially the bedrooms, kitchen and entrance.
