I'm too lazy to look up the cheat codes and it's kind of fun to find new stuff in the CAS sometimes and figure I have unlocked it somehow. I don't know what I'm missing but it's okay Knitting stuff has to be earned by knitting it or receiving it as a gift/buying it.
There are locked CAS items? Seems I need enlightenment. I thought it was only BB that was locked.
There are items in CAS that you can unlock with job promotions and other gameplay like buying a t-shirt at a festival. But unlike the BB objects they are not visible in CAS and you don't know they are there until you unlock them. Only a few of the more recent packs like nifty knitting, batuu and paranormal show cas items while they are still locked.

The unlocked CAS infos are stored in the household.
When you merge households in CAS, it adds all the items unlocked by each household.
For example add a household from the Gallery with #unlockedcas to your current household.
