Requests for Builders?

I haven’t been able to play The Sims lately because I can’t find a house that fits all of my needs & I’m a terrible builder, lol. I was wondering if there are any threads where people can request builds? I tried searching but I couldn’t find anything.

The D.N.A. Requests team does build and sim requests. You just need to post details about your request in a post on their thread. There is a form to fill out on the thread. The link to the thread is

Lot size (dimensions): It just needs to fit on the 50x40 empty lot in Henford-On-Bagley (2 Olde Mille Lane).
Lot traits: None.
Number of bedrooms (No more than 8): 5.
Specific instructions on decorating the bedrooms (gender, age, etc.)? You don’t need to decorate.
Number of bathrooms: 2.
Favorite color schemes: I like the gray floors from Cottage Living with either white or gray walls.
Colors you dislike: I don’t really dislike any colors. I just prefer a gray & white color scheme.
Do you want it furnished and decorated? No, outside of placing some items outside listed under special requirements, it doesn’t need to be furnished. You may decorate the workout room & laundry room if you wish.
If you will be placing this lot in an EA world, which one? Henford-On-Bagely.

Special requirements (garden, pool, hot tub, etc.)? A pool big enough to fit some rafts, lounge chairs, a barn & chicken coop from Cottage Living, an outdoor table & grill, a kiddie pool, & a swing set in the backyard. I’d also like there to be room for two rocking chairs on the front porch & a place to put some bikes!
Communication is required before the builder begins work. Be prepared to respond!
Additional Instructions: While foundation is fine, I don’t want any platforms. I also don’t want any trees, flowers, or bushes outside. The living room needs to be big enough to fit a Christmas tree, & I need a bathroom on each floor. Both bathrooms should have the tower/tub combo. I’d also like a laundry room, workout room, & an office. Please no custom content or moo.

So I don't have the Cottage Living pack... that being said I can still make you a house with that indoor balcony/loft if you would like. Traditional style is the one I'm best at You don't want any landscaping (trees, bushes, etc)? Are you looking for something thats basically almost a shell so that you can fill it with your own furniture?

@Clousinators That’s okay that you don’t have the pack! As long as you can leave me some space in the backyard, I can add those items myself. That’s perfect that traditional houses are the ones that you’re best at! Yes, I basically need a house/shell that I can I decorate. I don’t like any landscaping on my lots because I feel like it makes my game run slow, lol. Thank you so much!

I am almost done I think. I still need to pick out flooring and wallpaper and place a few more items for the kitchen and bathrooms but I wanted to show you the progress so far and see if you wanted me to change or add anything.

I left the bedrooms plain, there is just basic furniture in the living room, kitchen, and patio mainly as a layout tool for me so feel free to delete or move around anything I placed.

I didn't want to place to many items and overload your computer so it is kind of bare but I think I covered everything you wanted. The brown area in the backyard to the left would be a good spot for the barn and chicken coop

I wasn't sure if you wanted grey walls in every single room so I did the main rooms grey but painted the bedrooms with pastel colors. I love open landings like the one you pictured. I made big sim home for myself not to long ago with one
