Hi and welcome here! I decided to start a little showcase for the few sims4 creations I made, since lately I felt creative again. Comments are welcome and much appreciated.
My creations have no custom content, my builds have no mods, and most of them no moveobject either.

SUMMER GARDEN

Was built as an achievement for my Summer Garden created for Sims3 passed more than 100.000 downloads on the sims3 exchange - currently more than 120.000 downloads -, so to celebrate this achievement, I decided to create the Sims4 version. Check the original here.

Summer Garden is such a very beautiful family home! It is a very special Sims 4 version of your sims 3 home! Very lovely exterior design of the home! The roofing, greenery topped windows, wall colour and stone wall texture are very nice! The outdoors areas are so lovely! The landscaping, flower beds, water fountains pools and the plants are so very beautiful! The pool and patio is very nice! Very nice bar, outdoors seating and hot tub area! Very nice trellis covered outdoors kitchen and dining patio! The basketball court is great! Very beautifully furnishing of the interior! The room colours and colour shades are so very lovely! Very nice design and layout of each room! The curtains are pretty! Very lovely bedrooms! Each room is beautiful!

I tried to give back the atmosphere of my sims3 Summer Garden as much as I could.

@Auroraskies thank you, I feel limited with no colour tool in sims4, recolouring everything was my favourite in sims3, but I try to give some similar effect,

@masajo many thanks for your kind comment, Im happy you like it, It was a bit challenging to create without using MOO. I really enjoy to play with the size of the plants tho, at least that helps.

When Im struggling with deco - lack of tools and items in s4 -, I miss sims3 so much with my favourite stuff and MOO, but I still dont like the idea of using the cheat, because it wont work if the user dont use it when placing the build in game.
Not sure why this is a requirement, when it was not in sims3.

You can check the sims3 version/inspiration at the end of the post, which has more asian touch than this, but this was my first build for sims4, with the first few expansion/stuff packs I owned (Get To Work, Outdoor Retreat, Cool Kitchen and Spooky stuff), so not that many deco to make it any close to the original idea with sims3. But I kept the name anyways.

Bamboo Valley is a lovely bungalow home! Your sims 4 version of the Sims 3 home is very nice! Very nice exterior design and trellis covered front porch. Sims will enjoy playing chess on the front porch. The flowers are pretty on the porch edges! The corner pool with restful trees either sides is very nice! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The colours are beautiful! They look so calming, warm, peaceful and restful! The plants are nice nature touches in each of the rooms, and the curtains are pretty. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting area to enjoy watching tv. The kitchen and dining area design is very nice! The alternating coloured dining chairs give a great look to the area and the flowers on the table are pretty! Very lovely curtained windows alcove for sims to enjoy sitting on the armchairs chatting or chatting in the sunlight. They will enjoy painting on the easel there. The design of the bedhead wall in the master bedroom using the cabinets is very nice!
It is a very nice family home

@masajo thank you very much, Im glad you like it. Maybe I will do an update with it some day, add more deco and stuff, feels a bit "empty" compared with my other build.

@rosemow Thanks so much, dear Rose! I made this build for the DNA-world as a home for my simself, but never uploaded to my studio. I dont even have sims3 installed atm. I really enjoyed to work on something small after the big houses.

Both versions are awesome but I think I like more the Sims4 one, maybe because of the colors of walls and roofs.

I have a work in progress which I started years ago and put a little work into time to time.
It was inspired by another of my sims3 builds, since I was in lazy-creating mode.
The build is close to finish - sneak peak here and in my signature.

I have the outdoors finished already, but then I decided to add a basement for hobbies.
When I started to build this, there were no basement option yet, then I didnt want to mess up something with the interiors done.

The build turned into some modern with asian touch, so I might name something around that, not sure yet.
But this is the style I really enjoy to work with, and now there're actually items in the packs which can create that feel.
The concept was to create a home where you don't feel the real border between inside and outside.
The home feels a garden in- and outside, but when you go to the garden, can feel homey aswell.
Im really happy about the result, hopefully will have enough time to playtest and make pictures at the weekend.
