Time for Tomes is a lovely bookstore and publishing house! You have designed it very well! Very nice layout and furnishing of both levels! It was great reading what you wrote about each room/area. Very nice exterior design and brick wall texture of the building. Very nice bookshop for sims to enjoy buying books there. The bookcases and the way the books are on display to buy are great! Very nice reception area, reception desk, and office area in the publishing house level. It is great there is a meeting table/break room, and a kitchenette.

Art Deco Abodes is a lovely Art Deco style family horne! Very nice exterior design, and the interior furnishings and yellow,black and white colours are lovely! Very nice back patio outdoors dining and bbq area to enjoy eating outdoors. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. Very nice music area in the garage! The mosaic floor tiling looks great! The gold vintage wall pattern in the open plan interior living areas is very nice. The furnishings through the home are very nice and reflect the Art Deco style so very well. The wall clock in the living room is very nice. Very nice black marble flooring. The type of dining chair used and the colours are very nice. Very nice sofa seating to enjoy resting and watching tv. The ceiling light in the kitchen is elegantly nice! The island kitchen stools and sink counter is very nice. Very nice study desk nook to enjoy using the computer at the desk. Very nice furnishing and design of the bedrooms.

Hi @tatselk i see you started your own showcase at last while I was away! I loved your Inn when you showed it on the new builds thread that time. I can actually use it in my game now that I got the Get Together pack lol. Ravendancer Hall is my favourite build of yours so far as I love castles as well as fantasy stuff. Looking forward to seeing more of your fabulous creations too.

Windsor Cottage is a lovely Tudor style family cottage! Very nice exterior design, patterned and stone walls, and great roofing! Very pretty flowers along home edges! The interior furnishing is lovely! Very nice warm wood textured furnishings. The foyer nook with clothes and shoes racks and coat stand is great! Very lovely study with very nice wood paneling. The angled study desk corner nook is very nice to enjoy using computer and reading books. Very nice sofa seats fireplace sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv as a family together. The flowers on the coffee table are pretty! The furnishings, layout and colours of each of the bedrooms are lovely!

Very lovely renovation of Ophelia Villa! Very nice exterior design, grey brick wall texture and the arch windows are very nice! The roofing and dormers are great! Very nice balconies. The interior furnishings are very lovely! Very nice room colours and pretty wall patterns! The curtains and patterned rugs are lovely! Very. Nice Each room has been designed so very beautifully!
Boho Bonding is a lovely living room! Very nice, design, layout and furnishings! The colourful patterned curtains, coloured wall hanging and the patterned rug are pretty! Very nice wood textured sofa and armchairs fireplace seating area to enjoy watching tv near the fire. The sims will enjoy reading books and listening to gramaphone music whilst sitting there. Very nice bookcase corner nooks. The toy box corner is great for kids to have fun playing there! The vases of flowers and plants are lovely! Very nice study desk area. The glass case cowplant on the fireplace ledge is great!

Vargas Villa is a lovely mission style family home for the Vargas family! The mission style architectural design, the tower,the windows used and the warm color are lovely! Very nice enclosed pool patio. The kids play with jigsaw patterned flooring is great for kids to have fun playing there! Very great furnishing and layout of the interior! The boho. theme of the furnishings and the colours used in the rooms are lovely and suit the background details of the family very well! Each room and area has been designed and furnished very nicely! The floor rugs adds a nice touch to the rooms.

2B Jasmine Suites Reno is a lovely renovation of the apartment! Very nice layout and furnishing of each area! The sunny yellow colour of the living areas is lovely! The patterned dining table and chairs in the dining room are pretty! It is nice there is a bar to help with the mixology skill.Very nice windows computer desk area to enjoy using the computer in the sunlight. Very nice sofa sitting area in the living room to enjoy watching tv, playing console games and listening to the stereo music. Very nice canopy in the master bedroom. The blue colour of the room is lovely. The teddy in the twins bedroom is sweet!
Lau-Bailey House is very nice! It is a lovely modern and stylish law office and home! You have designed both the law office side and residential side so very well! Very great modern exterior design and sloped roofing! The interior furnishing and layout of both sides are very nice! It was great reading about and seeing pictures of each area in your showcase on tumblr. It is a very detailed build! The conference room, waiting room, reception, the two offices, kitchenette are very nicely designed and the patterned flooring is very nice . Lovely green and orange room colours in both sides of the home which reflect their favourite colours. Very nice open plan layout of the residential area.
