Yes, it could be similar to the teacher career except it would be directed towards toddlers. Or even beingable to send your toddlers off to daycare so the parents can chill at home and work (if you have a work from home career for example
Could be fun to run a day care from home? Or build and buy one to manage, similar to vets etc. Lol imagine getting everyone’s kids taken away by social services haha
Both this and a school version would make for a great game pack. Maybe if the toddlers needs go unmet for too long you lose rating, until you lose your childcare licence permanently or for a long period of time. Or if you had the career as an employee you get fired and have to start from the bottom again. At school too many underperforming students get you fired on the teacher side, while poorly performing students get detention and over the long term a peanalty to work performance, unless you complete a remedial university course.
Managing a large group of toddlers would be very challenging. But if you happen to be a person that likes the need balancing part of the game I imagine that it would feel quite rewarding. A bit more challenge would be good for the game.
In the Sims 4 toddlers can go to daycare when parents go to work. I don't understand why we don't already have a career for Daycare. It would be great if you could build a daycare as you can already build a restaurant/vet clinic/retail store.
@gallerysims4 : This is just because of EA that perhaps put pressure on the current sims team creators so from the beggining of the adventure of sims 4 , 5 in a year in a half ago , they scuppled the franchise. That make me sad sims 4 is great but it needs realism mods to be better.

I feel as if the game lacks many aspects that are essential in real life.
I would really like to see a family expansion pack, kind of like parenthood but bigger and better. Some features could be:
- bunk beds (this would fit perfectly) -interactive babies with prams/strollers - an interactive sport for kids like gymnastics or baseball - bikes, scooters or trikes for kids -trampolines? - Daycare/ interactive babysitter career
most importantly i would really like to see a piggy bank feature where a sim saves their own personal money through a personally assigned money box/ piggy bank that is an object in their room, which they can then take those funds when they decide to leave home or buy a house, this could even be used if you have roommates ates in your household to separate funds
If they add a daycare career, I feel it should be for babies and I guess toddlers (though I personally think they should have a pre-school instead). It would be the perfect career for overhauled babies, where we have to take care of them, feed them their first solid foods, let them learn to walk with walkers, etc.
