[RoM] Are custom potions possible?

As I've seen people making customs spell mods, I've been wondering: are custom potions possible? And if yes, are there any mods of that type? I'm playing a spellcaster focused on alchemy with a bit of practical magic and I was wondering if it'd be possible to create a CC emotional potions (pretty much like those for satisfaction/from mixology) but as alchemy recipes that use actual reagents instead.

Yes, but it would require an injector for it to appear where the others do. I know the person who made the custom spell injector plans to do a potion one, but I haven't seen them in a while so I'm not sure when they will.
