Build at Island Living Sulani Island on Pier Perfection Romantic Honeymoon My Wedding Stories Getaway on Sulani Coconut Island has one bedroom one bathroom some activities
A little over a year ago, I started working on this villa as a palate cleanser whilst in the middle of the mammoth Million-Dollar Townhouse. I needed to do something clean and minimalist - basically the polar opposite of the townhouse. LOL.
I have quite a few other residential and commercial builds featured over on my thread.
RENTAL
This lot was designed to replace Sapphire Shores in Sulani. It works both as a rental home and a permanent residence.
I built something for one of my sims - again, in Sulani (because the lighting, darlings, THE LIGHTING). Four bedrooms, four bathrooms, working elevators, home theatre, gym and office and rooftop for entertaining.

I just updated my Jungle Treehouse lot & put it in Sulani for my Tarzan & Jane to live in. I saved it all in the Gallery under my username SEREFRAS if anyone wants to check them out.
Rory's House is just a heavily modified version of the house I usually have Kalamainu'u living in. Rory embraces the island life but she likes things a little more closed in and walled off when she goes to rest so her sleeping area is cozy feeling with plenty of Moonwood artifacts.
I’ve tracked down my old 2019 Island Resort & upgraded as Sulani Island Resort with some new objects.
It’s saved in the gallery under my username SEREFRAS. Please check it out & let me know if you like it.😉

Sorry @catloverplayer, I wish I could link my Sims 4 builds. Unfortuately, I'm not technical.
However, I just checked & my Sulani Island Resort (Nightclub) is still saved in the Gallery. You just go into your sims 4, then click on the Gallery option, then in the little bar select EA Account ID & type in my username SEREFRAS then press enter.
After that you'll see all my households & builds. My Sulani Island Resort is actually a Nightclub venue because there's still no actual hotels in Sims 4.
Sorry I didn't explain how to get onto the Gallery, I've been doing this for about 8 years now, so I just assumed all simmers know. It's kind of cool that I can actually guide someone with my limited knowledge. Anyways I hope this helps you. Also, when you do finally go onto the Gallery & see all my builds & sims please let me know which ones you like.
FYI: They are all made by Vanilla, no mods to worry about. Just many, many, many packs. Lol

Note: My idea was to create a venue that sims from different cultures could have a wedding here so it has a nice mix of objects and wall hangings etc. No gallery art either.
