I made him be 100% male in my game. I have plans for him and they don't revolve around wearing women's clothing. Not that there is anything wrong with it. It's just not my thing really.

Karen, the mom, lives up to the meme (and was created based on the meme.) She's hot-headed, snob, and self-absorbed.
Poor (now ex) husband Michael just wants to paint, earn money, and be happy but she'd be yelling at him all the time.
Their child Nathan was just caught in the crossfire and spent most of his time on the jungle gym outside of their house.
Their marriage ended at the end of the first sim week. Next thing I knew, MCCC had married Karen to Count Vladislaus Straud IV (who I at least had given a makeover.) He's evil, but I ALMOST feel sorry for him.
Oh, and I unleashed a horror upon all Simanity. Karen is now a vampire.
EDIT TO ADD: OH NO! HORROR OF HORRORS! KAREN AND VLAD HAVE A CHILD!!!!!
