Had the Ward twins go out to party a bit and stay out friday night. Enzo dragging his sister out to basically schmooze at the night club. Decided to follow him autonomously through first person and he was pretty much attempting to pick up the ladies there for the most part. Was chatting up Sophie Bergensen and Laurel Pancakes.
Going to play Sims 4 today... I had a operation last Wednesday on my knee so I couldn't play it. I am much better this week, so I am going to have a go at playing it.
I really want to try this But I do get motion sickness, so not sure I should. all your pics are great. especially the ones of their out side world, amazing pics.

I believe most people are using it just to take pics and not actually playing with it on.
In real life we focus on things and our eyes rotate to compensate movement so when we move our vision tilts, not translates like it is in the game currently.
This gif sums it up pretty well: https://gfycat.com/UnrealisticCommonElver
I've never had motion sickness due to head bobbing in games before, but the Sims are way too energetic, they move their heads too much when talking and jump all the time, even adjusting FOV didn't help.

I can only use it for a little bit to avoid feeling dizzy from it. I mostly use it if they're doing low-energy activities or just standing around looking at something interesting. If they're moving too much, I don't bother using it LOL
3 of my 6 households (all of whom live in WC) have dogs; when it's winter, and snowy, and pretty and they take the dog for a walk I'm going to go first person camera for that whole walk. Should get some nice screenshots.
I can't figure out how to make pictures while in first person view mode.
First, to get to first person view, you click shift+tab.
Then, click 'C' for pictures or 'V' for videos on your keyboard. It is the same as if you were to take screenshots in the other view modes.
There are also some buttons on the bottom of the UI that also lead you to the camera controls! It should be the circle above the temperature icon.
There should be a folder generated within the EA / Sims folders (outside of the game) called 'screenshots' or 'recorded videos' where you can find all the pictures and videos you've taken in-game.
I really didn't think I would like this feature as I never use 1st person mode in any game. However, in this game I do find it fun to pop into it now and again.
