Sims 4 Gallery not working «12...Next Go

I was trying to check my gallery and it seems it's not working. Is it happening to someone else?
When I go to my gallery it doesn't show up the hashtags, and it doesn't show anything in my catalog or profile or in the comunity tab

There has been issues with the Gallery at times lately. The onliine website version seems to be down at the present also. You may need to try accessing the Gallery a little later on in the day.

It isn’t just your pc or Gallery. It is affecting other simmers also.

I have to say there are so many issues lately with the Gallery, such a shame that such a great perk of the game seems to be down so much!

The Gallery is a more complex system then the Exchange was back in S3, and usually the more complex a system, the more maintenance it needs. I don't expect it to work 100% all the time, bc the system is fickle.

I tried to post a household but it's been loading for almost and hour and It still will not upload. And I can't exit without losing everything, I was proud of them and I don't want to lose it. Any help?

I am sorry that you are having this issue You may need to open task manager and close the Sims Game that way. When this has occurred with some simmers, they have found that the sims have still saved to the gallery, even after doing this. I hope that this will be the same for you,

It didn't work, I will have to redo them, Thanks for trying though. I have been having loading problems with my game recently anyway.

I am sorry that you lost the sims household Other simmers are having issues uploading households to the Gallery also.

I had issues too... Couldn't open my profile or anything...

I have tried to upload a sim to the Gallery 2x today. It just freezes and never uploads. I have to Force Quit to get out of Sims. I believe that later multiple versions of the upload happen. Please can someone help. I just can't upload.

Today when trying to use my gallery it says that one or more sims services are offline. Is anybody else currently having this problem? (Sorry to hijack the thread, it won't let me post one of my own yet)

Other people have been posting also that they are unable to access the gallery . It would be best to try accessing the gallery later on in the day or tomorrow ,depending on where you live.

Unfortunately the gallery is down, the up time is currently unknown. Stay tuned, and keep tabs on the gallery so you can ensure when it is up. Lots of simmers are having the same problem.

Yes, ever since I bought the Sims 4, the gallery and following others seems to create issues for my game. I'm sure that others think I am a horrible person for following them just to have to unfollow them. It seems that the gallery keeps constantly repeating each followed persons creations even really old ones along with all of their actions. I clear them out to have the same thing repeated over and over while it does create a major lag. Then when I try to visit followed people, I would wait forever for nothing to appear on their pages. I'm not a horrible person. I just want to be able to play my game too so I can't follow anyone.

Another issue is my cache file. I clean it out. My game operates great for a short moment and then major lag again. I clean out my cache folder and thumbnailcache file to find that It has repeated everything already. I'm sure the two are connected but I can't say as to when the cache thing began because I didn't notice till I learned how to do maintenance on my game.

And no, I do not have any mods, never have.

Have noticed that there are a couple of files that are never to be deleted in the Cache File to which I have NEVER found in this file nor in any other file. Poof... Gone and I never deleted them.

I'm on a Mac.

Please read above comment that I posted also and my apologies too. I looked everywhere for two hours last night to post this and this was the only location that seemed good. I needed to go to bed.

With no follows and no game play, just when I go to the gallery, Cache File constantly fills up with old favs and odd balls that I don't even recall interacting with.

With no follows, ALL downloaded creations deleted and no game play... Just when I go to the gallery to view recent creations, Cache File fills up with recent creations viewed even though I didn't interact with them. Then all of a sudden a Deleted Tray file appears out of no where.

YES... The gallery issues are causing my severe game lag issues. It seems I must avoid the gallery all together but I can't because it is connected directly to the game. I can't fave, download nor view without serious game issues.

This happened to me. Open task manager and end task on the sims 4. It will be saved in your housholds / builds and try posting it again. Hope this helps! :smile:

So, whenever I go on the gallery to save or get something i click on the house or sim or room etc and NONE of the buttons work so i have to open Task manager and exit and i lose EVERYTHING I just did :disappointed: Any help?
