Both of your two new builds are lovely!
Tiny Minka Japanese Home is a lovely Asian home! The string lantern lights are pretty and very nice restful bamboo at front entry. Very nice restful zen garden and the corner pond is very nice. The interior furnishings and layout are lovely! The floral wall divider separating the dining and living rooms is pretty. Very nice wall patterns. The bathroom wall tiling is sweet!
Freezer Bunny Ice Cream Shoppe is sweet! The freezer bunny sign on roofing is great! The flowers along front fencing are pretty. The interior dining tables area is lovely! The wall pattern is pretty,and very nice patterned rug. Very lovely blue and pink colors. The iceceam makers corner nook is very nice. Sims will enjoy listening to stereo music whilst eating their ice creams

Cottage Caravan is a lovely home! The long caravan exterior design is great! Very nice pool, pond, gardening and firepit areas! Kids will have fun playing in the play tent. Very nice treehouse to enjoy watching movies on the tv projector. The interior furnishings are lovely! Very nice colourful colors and the jigsaw floor pattern is very nice. Sims will enjoy dining at the table or booth dining area or outside on the patio. The mosaic flooring is pretty! Very nice colourful rug.The fenced toddlers play area with the tunnels and ball pit is great!

This was super fun to make, especially the cat roof! I was inspired by my local cat cafe, along with the new upcoming boba/thrift shop we're getting with the HS pack.

As a request, I've also made a dog cafe for those dog lovers out there! This lot is a cafe but has dog friendly and dog hangout traits so that all of the local doggies will come visit while your sims enjoy bakery items and socialize! Also includes some dog course items and a tea set.

Barkley’s Dog Cafe is very creatively great! The dog face and bone roofing is so very cute! Very nice interior furnishings and brown and blue colours. The brown wall tiling is very nice and great pets training course area. The cafe counter and dining area is lovely The dog bone mat is a great touch

Hi all! I'm back after some months without new inspiration. I've always loved reading and going to libraries--I was listening to the song "Bejeweled" by Taylor Swift and I thought of an enchanted/whimsical library with café amongst colorful stained glass windows, bunnies, birds and overall a serene atmosphere. Eclipse Academy (High School)
This was three real-time days worth of work, I hope that you all enjoy it! I wanted to make an "occult" focused high school that features some unique rooms, a hidden vault, secret lab, restricted section above the library and more! I tried to use everything I could think of to make this academy truly feel "magical." PLEASE USE MOO!

Dusty Rose is a lovely home! Very nice exterior design, warm wood walls, and great outdoors laundry,easel painting and flower arranging table areas. Very nice firepit corner,and great gardening area. The front patio is a lovely place for sitting and reading. The chicken coop area is very nice. The interior furnishings and the layout are lovely
The Callahan family are lovely The kids are sweet.

I did a complete update/renovation on my Charming in Canary for the newest expansion pack! Not sure why not all the lights showed on but they are there. This was work but I'm happy with it!

Your updated version of Charming in Canary is very lovely! Very great outdoors areas, and the treehouse, fishing pond, outdoors movies, gardening. animal shed and chicken coop areas are very nice. Very lovely furnishing of the interior! It is a very detailed and great family home! Very lovely design and colours of each of the bedrooms and very nice kids playroom. The wall patterns in each of the rooms of the home are pretty. The tea room, crafting room and art painting rooms are lovely. The basement rooms are very great
