Ashcrash19/Simaddict1990's Creations: April Llama's Luxury Greenhouse & Charming in Canary update
Hello, everyone. I've decided to make a creations corner for my work since I've recently become more active. This thread will include builds and CAS items. My origin ID is simaddict1990.
Title will be edited each time with date and newest creation.
Thanks for looking!

This Colonial Victorian inspired house has four bedrooms and four baths, one of which is a half-bath. Two stories with a large, renovated basement. The first level has a sunken living room, two bathrooms, kid's room, playroom, study/arts nook, kitchen with dining room, pet items, mud room, and laundry room. The second floor has a master suite and master bath leading out onto the balcony overlooking the front yard. Basement has a family den with fireplace, secret science lab fit for a scientist, guest/butler room, bathroom, workout room, project room, vault room, cauldron and cupcake maker, and a collector room hidden by a bookcase door.
There will be many pictures, as there is a lot of space to explore. I've uploaded most of the rooms separately too, which is helpful for the rooms too small to see wall decor. Special credit to Mcrudd for the full collection, it helped with some of the items I didn't have when making the collector's room.
This was a labor of love and I hope that y'all enjoy it--your dream home awaits!
I decided to make an outdoor movie theater that was cozy yet colorful.
This is a 20x20, but could be put on a 30x20 if need be. It has a big screen, popcorn and ice cream machines, bathrooms, grills, and picnic tables with drink trays. There's also two snack machines in the bathrooms. I did not put any pet foot bowls out, but there are places for them if you wish to. I put a lot of effort into this, so I hope that you all enjoy! Thanks for looking!
This was a room for the Quality Control challenge, in the golden theme of "Midas touch."
The female statue in the corner is supposed to represent his daughter. The plaque above her is a "In Loving Memory" of sorts. I gave a variety of activities such as: the organ, food buffet (with "gold" cheese fountain), drinking globe, painting easel, fireplace/sitting, chess, wall bookshelf, and the violin. I used the mural from City Living in the one room, which hopefully stays in good condition. Also, Elsa decided to walk in and play chess as I was trying to take pictures.
This was for Rosemow's apple kitchen challenge. The rug is supposed to look like different colored apples.
Graham decided to stop in while I was taking pictures. He promptly began making popcorn...I guess he was hungry?
Decided to share my first real attempt at building a larger house from scratch. Figuring out what to do for the outside was surprisingly difficult compared to the interior design. There are three bears as I also submitted this for the QC 31 contest.
Hello It is great that you have started a showcase thread for your creations . Simmers will enjoy looking at pictures of your builds. I have posted on other threads about the builds that you have posted in this thread so I won’t post about them here again, but each of them is very nice ! The pets are cute!
Happy simming and building!
I wanted a home that was small and modestly priced, so I came up with the idea of a refurbished barn. Because the lot is a 20x15, I tried to pay attention to detail and using the space efficiently. I hope that you enjoy!
I also made a household for this house, Melanie Costanzo and her cat, Sagwa.
Home Sweet Home is a very homely looking build ! The barn exterior of the build looks great! The curved roofing is nice and the flowers look very pretty along the side of the home . Very nice sitting nook on the front porch for sims to enjoy the outdoors air. It is great that there is an outdoors laundry area with the clothesline and washtub. Sims will enjoy sitting around the campfire toasting food and keeping warm. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The blue colour of the walls and furnishings looks nice and calming. Very nice living and dining nook. Sims will enjoy resting on the sofa watching tv. The floral picture on the wall is a pretty touch, and the flower themed door and dining seats looks very nice. The design of the bedroom looks very nice. Nice study desk area for Sims to enjoy sitting at the desk table using the computer or reading a book. The floral wall pattern in the bathroom looks homely . Very nice kitchen nook. The wall pattern adds a nice look to the area.
Sagwa is cute! Sagwa is enjoying napping on the sofa, near his food bowl
This is such a great idea Ash.
I just tried before to look up your stuff on the gallery under your given ID but I just keep getting an Oops response so will have to keep trying later.

Edit: its working now - yay!
Yeah, the gallery has been weird lately. Rooms I've made not always showing up (online, not in-game) or in-game lag when trying to find stuff. Hopefully they fix it soon.
Thanks!

This is my newest creation, a modern in the modest $41,000 range. I've never made a modern house before, but I quite like how it turned out!
There's a pond for fishing, fire pit, garden, washing bin/drying line in the yard, as well as various amenities inside the house. Enjoy!
The modern home is very nice! Very nice design of the home! The blue colour scheme of the exterior and the interior gives a very nice look to the home. The greenery covered trellis side patio nook is great! The patterned floor tiling looks very nice.Sims will enjoy sitting resting watching the birds feeding on the seed feeder. It is great that there is a clothes line to do laundry work outdoors. Sims will enjoy sitting around the campfire keeping warm and toasting food. It is very nice that there is a fishing pond, and an easel on the edge of it for Sims to enjoy painting in the sunshine. It looks very nice that the three wall decor items have been placed in a diagonal row on the front entrance wall. Very nice modern style furnishing of the interior of the home! The open plan layout of the living, dining and kitchen looks very nice. The wall and floor patterning and tiling in the kitchen looks very nice. Very nice windows sofa seat sitting nook for sims to relax there and watch tv or read a book with sunlight coming in through the windows. The blue picture placed on the black and circles patterned bedhead wall in the bedroom looks very effective!
It is a very nice modern style home!
Whew, finally done! This 64x64 lot replaces the museum in Jungle Adventures. I marked it as a National Park--it has living facilities, a cantina with karaoke, massage table/chairs, yoga, meditation, saunas, a temple with the upstairs being a museum and the basement a nightclub. The temple statue looks dark due to the shadows, I picked the lightest coloring. I've worked on this lot for about 5 days and I really like how it turned out!
I hope that y'all like it too.
Selvadorada Sanctuary is such a very detailed build! Each of the areas of the build look so very nice! There are so many very nice special feature areas both inside and outdoors! The design of the Temple looks very creatively great! It looks very nice how you have set up the displays in the museum on the top level of the Temple and the basement night club and dance area looks great! Very nice furninishing of all the rooms and areas of the build! The living quarters places are very nice. The colour and patterns used give such a very nice look to the rooms!
There are so many very nice features in the build that I can’t write about them, and it is such a very detailed build, but I am enjoying looking at the photos and our sims will enjoy visiting it!

Thanks for sharing all these pics! You've created some all in one lots that are super handy in this closed world system. I will keep your creations in mind as my different themes come up for the spotlight. Thanks for sharing!

Hi everyone, I made a new lot, new pets, re-decorated Paw-Readers Palace with My First Pet stuff, and did an overhaul update of my Charming in Canary (Large Victorian) lot.
Llama's Luxury Greenhouse is very nice! Very nice design of the greenhouse! It will be especially great to have this greenhouse in our games when Seasons ep is released! It is very nice that there is a wedding area there also. Very nice layout of how the plants have been arranged in the greenhouse.
It is great that you have updated the Charming in Canary build with items from the newer packs.
