I hope that Photography being base game now means that the free-stuff development team gets to improve it. If that's what it takes to get it improved, I'm all for it!

Livin in Sim

S'all good. I enjoy the Photography Skill a great deal. I'm glad that those with the base game will be able to personalize their houses with decent images of their Sim families and the lovely scenery in the game. As others have said, we've been playing with it for two years--it's fine. I'm also with luthienrising on this one--my pipe dream is that maybe we will eventually be able to take posed pictures of entire families, as in that famous thread, The Premades Ten Years Later, without mods. Those poses are epic!

hi, i hope that this isn't a silly question or that the answer is elsewhere. i don't see the option to "take selfie" with the camera itself, just with the mobile phone. is that possible with the photography skill at a higher level, or not at all? thanks.

All I want now is for modders to figure out how to add more, non-default poses to the camera. I keep having my sims take pictures of themselves and each other, and the same five poses gets kind of boring after a while.

Waiting for this update to come to the consoles.

For those upset about this retail is still specific only to Get To Work and I don't see that changing. I'm glad they made photography available for everybody.
