I would like a place like Amsterdam with canals, windmills (which we can live in) and fields of tulips. This should include FLOWER ARRANGING and a station to do it on. Then we can sell flowers, bouquets or arrangements from a Florist Shop.
And if there are fx fields of tulips, they should grow, bloom and be harvested by a fx tractor as the seasons change.
I would absolutely love a mediterranean (have absolutely no clue how you spell that) city! I think a few people have mentioned this, but I want to repeat it because omg it'd be great! It'd definitely be way different from any city in sims 4. I loved the one world in sims 3 which was mediterranean which I forgot the name of but that was absolutely beautiful. Definitely a must for sims 4.
I would love to see a farm/rural or mountain type of setting for Seasons and maybe to see a modern type of town like what we got for Into The Future for a future ep. I think an Old England type of town for Uni would be beautiful, I liked the one we got for The Sims 3 Uni.
Here's my top 10 of towns/worlds I would like to explore in the future, sorted by how much I want them:
10. Another desert
Oasis Springs is cool and all, but 50% of it is covered by grass, and since we can't change the terrain type anymore like we could in TS2, there's not a lot of actual desert. I'd love a comeback of Strangetown, that one really made you feel like you were living in the middle of nowhere, which was fitting for the theme.
09. Atlantis
Anyone who has ever played Alice: Madness Returns will know how beautiful an underwater world could be. Of course everything would need to be a little more futuristic than in that game, with glass globes covering the town, but a day/night cycle could still be visibly present in the brightness or darkness of the surrounding water.
08. Far East
I forgot the name of the corresponding vacation destination from TS2, but yeah, that's the idea. I recently tried to create a Japanese spa/fitness studio crossover, but the only Japanese-looking thing the game allowed me to build in was the characteristic roof shape. No sliding doors, no tea tables, no shrines or anything like that. I would be perfectly fine with a town like this being only a vacation destination again, as long as the pack introducing it also gives us tools to build our own houses in that style.
07. Habitable alien planet
A town on Sixam with alien premades, but you can also move in your own normal/vampire/whatever sims if they fulfil the requirements. What I mean by that is that this world should be restricted in some way, similar to Magic Town in TS1, because it would be weird if everyone and their mum could live on an alien planet just like that.
06. Apartment world
No, not necessarily another San Myshuno. I just wish we could build our own apartments instead of modifying the ones already existing, and for that we need a new world specifically designed for that purpose. The world could have several diverse-looking neighbourhoods, like an old town, a more modern-looking district, the obligatory rich district, as well as the opposite, a slum. I think Belladonna Cove from TS2 is a fairly good example of what a town like that could look like.
05. Arctic ice desert
This one would require Seasons, obviously, and before anyone asks: No, I'm not in favour of confining seasons to specific locations. I wouldn't mind, however, if the expansion came with a world of eternal winter, and this could be it: frozen lakes, barely any plants, a hidden ice cave where a yeti lives. Not exactly a gardener's favourite world, but one where you can build snowmen and ice sculptures that will never melt.
04. Forest/mountain world
Basically Granite Falls, but habitable. I like the idea of some of my sims living in the forest, and of course I can always place trees and shrubs on my lots, but it looks a little silly when the forest doesn't continue into the non-editable surroundings. Neighbourhoods could include a mountain village, a likeside, and a remote location in the deep forest.
03. Post-apocalyptic wasteland
This town under a red sky looks like it has just been stuck by some unimaginable disaster - be it a meteorite impact, a nuclear bomb, or just nature going crazy, the details are unknown. One neighbourhood sits amidst the ruins of a previously advanced city with cracked streets, overturned light posts, and destroyed skyscrapers as background objects. Then there's the actual wasteland with dirty rivers and plants that only produce poisonous fruit, and an elaborate city of caves built by the previous inhabitants who anticipated the calamity and moved underground.
02. Magic Town
If we ever get witches, they must come with their own world, and TS1 is the perfect source of inspiration. It doesn't have to be huge, splitting it into a market district and a residential neighbourhood like the original Magic Town should do the trick. The moon appears much bigger here than in any other world, and strange noises can be heard at night.
01. Realm of the dead
A world of eternal twilight, inhabited by the souls of the departed, unless they're part of a household elsewhere. In other words: Sims who die automatically join the townie squad of this world, but being able to actually inhabit it as a living sim would be a dream come true for me. In an environment decorated with withered trees, dead cow plants and rivers of blood inhabited by skeleton fish, the Grim Reaper is encountered much more frequently than in other worlds because he lives here, too, and there's a new collection of skulls and other relics of the dead.
I'd like a town where diversity is really noticeable. For example a city where one part is really rich and one part is full of poverty. Not only in the lots but the background buildings as well. San Myshuno did a little bit of it but not quite enough.
I wish there was a world that was as pretty and magical as Sylvan Glade. How about a fairy tale world loosely based on popular fables? Such as having a gingerbread house and a beanstalk that grows in the sky. Now I want an expansion pack based on magic and fairy tales. That would be awesome!!
Windenburg has a British vibe. The bars are called pubs and there is an amazing amount of English Tudor buildings.
Windenburg feels entirely Bavarian to me.
I'd like:
- Bayou World (for witches) (based on the swamps/parishes of New Orleans)
- Scottish-inspired World (I'd die for the highlands!)
- Swiss-inspired World (complete with alpine chalets and snow and skiing)
- Japanese-inspired World (with beautiful gardens)
- American Mid-West-inspired World (just to cover all the American bases)
I'm also in agreement with the people who'd like either a southern Italian and/or French-inspired world. I was particularly fond of Champs Les Sims (I believe it was called?)

Okay, a little off topic but I've been hooked on the show (and books) Outlander. And I realised my family has a lot of Scottish ancestry recently. The highlands are stunning and I would love to see a Sims version because of how vibrant and colorful they make it. Anyway, what are some examples of the architecture there? Everything I think of is from the 18th century?

This is where I'm from. Architecture in Scotland varies depending on location.
Edinburgh has old and new towns - it is built around a castle that sits on an extinct volcano.
There are also many modern buildings...the riverside of Glasgow has structures like this:

I have been begging for a kilt for quite a while now. And bagpipes. I imagine my sim in kilts, playing his bagpipes, on the Bluffs calling for Emily.
Small outback town with the woods around homes. Dirt roads for residential area and a small more gritty urban environment for commercial lots area. About time we got a place to live like Outdoor Retreat has for vacations.
1. The Sims 2
2. The Sims 3
3. The Sims 4 (5 years later its decent)
4. The Sims 1

Something wicked this way comes!
I don't use MCCC.
where is that? Venice, Italy? I wouldn't mind an Italian World, 2 neighborhoods could be of Venice, I would like a revived Roman city area too.
Would love a London World I've built a Castle myself... I'd put it right where Buckingham Palace is.
Parisian World.
Madrid/Barcelona
A Greek world but revived, rebuilt to it's former glory, but a little modern.
Windenburg I'd consider Germany.
My Mood:
My CC!
My screenshot comics!
My Family tree!
